Hi ladies - Another (very easy) alternative that I recently discovered is the Martha White HoneyBran Muffin Mix. You just add milk (or water -- I can't remember at the moment) and stir it up and bake it for about 12 minutes. I usually use my six-cup muffin tin and make six decent sized muffins. Doing so makes each muffin about 2 points - 3 points max. And, SO yummy. Enjoy.

Any idea how much it alters the points if you use egg beaters and morningstar farms veggie sausage??

Thanks!! That link just gave me SUCH a yummy dinner!!! I browned a Boca burger and crumbled it up, added a quarter cup of black beans, a few tablespoons of salsa and threw it onto a bed of lettuce, tomato and a little FF cheese.... Busted a gut - all for less than 8 points. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone - I'm a single girl living alone and struggle to make meals that are conducive to dining alone. Portions always seem so big. Does anyone have any menu/recipe help for a busy, working girl who cooks for one??
-
are these items only available at Sam's??

I tried this over the weekend. FABULOUS. Only problem is getting it out of the pan. I think the best thing to do is serve it right out of the pan. But the taste is fabulous.

Ingredients: chocolate cake mix one can of any brown soft drink (Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke, Diet Root Beer (I hear that's awesome), Diet Dr. Pepper) Dump the mix into a bowl and add only the can of soda. Mix it together and bake according to box directions. Comes out very moist and very good!! Averages about 2-3 points per slice.

I found a great recipe for these awesome South Beach peanut butter cookies. It comes out to 2 points per cookie, and I think the cookies are bigger than what you get in the packet. They're peanut-buttery enough that one cookie satisfied my sweet tooth, too. Enjoy: 1 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy) 1 1/3 cup Splenda 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a large baking sheet. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, 1 cup of Splenda, egg and vanilla. Stir well with a spoon. Roll dough into balls about the size of walnuts and place on sheet. With a fork, dipped in the remaining 1/3 cup Splenda to prevent sticking, press a criss cross into each cookie. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with some of the remaining Splenda. Cool slighly before removing from pan.
