  1. Luanna- I have the WW online, it was due to cancel Jan 9th, and I was just going to do "WW at home" without meetings or online. I am actually on the phone with them and going to extend my plan, for the next 3 months and continue from there.
  2. So you can no longer do WW at home unless you learn the program through online tools or meetings I guess!
  3. I began WW at home. I have looked on the boards and have noticed there are people who weigh much less than me, but have about 7 points more allowed daily... I just want to be sure I am estimating correctly... I get 27 points per day 2-female 3-age (I am 29) 1- height ( I am 5'3) 21-weight 0-activity level (I have an office job) If someone can help me on this, I would highly appreciate it!

  8. Trainer, Thanks for offering your help, I was just lurking and wanted to ask a question. I don't have so much time to work out every day. I have a 20 month old daughter who I stay home with, so she keeps me busy. BUT, I want to let you know what equipment I have so you can give me an idea of how I can use them to my best ability. I want to work stomach, thighs, and butt mainly... I have: resistance bands, 3 pd & 5 pd. weights, elliptical (older model), bike (w/ baby seat to ride), exercise ball, and the "thigh blaster"...I have several videos...HOw many times a week should I do cardio/ strength training to see a difference??? PLease help, thanks~!

  10. thanks guys,,,I bought one at Target, the walk/jog one...I am going to try it tomorrow...I think it is only 30 minutes.. How do I know how far or how many miles I have gone?

  12. YoungFrankenstein- Thanks, I actually have the Graco Pack N Play...Maybe I will start using it again, I odnt know how long she will actually sit in... thanks for your input
