  1. My leader said on Monday "what is the whole concept of WW "moderation and portion contol not Gluttony" - I am thrilled the fruits and most veggies are free, I will now have that 1 bananna to hold me over til dinner that I would not have spent before because i only had 20 points!!
  2. BHG, I started on January 10, 2005. Check my signature for the mile stones. I maintain my lifetime status by sticking to my 20 pts a day Monday thru Friday, then on the weekends I have what I want. This has worked for me since June when I made lifetime. It may not work for everyone, but I found that if I don't add the 3 0r 4 points a day for maintainence and I stick to my 20 per day then I can enjoy myself on the weekends. Then this way I alway look forward to the things I might crave during the week. This is doable for me!! I hope I helped.
  3. Wow, I did not expect such a response:embarrass Thank you ALL!!!! I am very happy with what I accomplished. I am even more happy that I had the ability to change my eating habits. I am a 911 dispatcher and sometimes you can't get off the desk to eat healthy.....Well I changed that I always bring my Lunch/Dinner and stick to it. NO EXCUSES Thanks again Buddies.

  7. Since I joined BCB. I just want to take a sec to say thank you to all who made this journey and amazing event in my life. I have lost "almost" 30 lbs since joining WW a year ago. My continued success lies here on the Boards. I may not post alot, but when I have 2 cents I definately toss them in and when I need support I know it is not too far away. I look often, research recipes and count on those of you who do post often, so keep up the good work. I just want to say that anything is possible and even though I did not have a ton of weight to lose it was still a challenge and at the end was "G:) AL" and here or below is where I will stay, thanks to all of you. Have a safe, happy and healthy New Year and just remember, "you are the maker of your own destiny, make it a good one:crazy:"
  8. ok here is my take on 94%ff popcorn. I eat a bag of Orville's 94 % FF popcorn every night with ICBINB spray and I count it as 3 points. Here is my rational. calories per "POPPED" cup is 15. When I pop it I get 13 cups vs the 15 it says is in the bag serving size so it is 195 Calories the fiber is over 4 so count it as 4 then the fat is the tricky part, it says 2*, if you read the * section on the bottom of the NI it says that 2 grams of fat is for unpopped and that there "0" in popped corn. So therefore, Fiber 4 Calories 195 Fat 0 ICBINB Spray 0 Tada 3 points, and if I am wrong it still worked, I have lost over 25 lbs hehe:p. This is one of my staples that got me through the "night time snacking" My DH has a bag every night too:). We go through a lot of popcorn.
  9. Seeing this post, I was wondering how you figure the points for using an at home dehydrater. I have one and loved the bannanas, but I have not used it since I have been on WW. Thank in advance for any info.
