  1. 1/2 hour on the treadmill - good power walk!
  2. Hi all! Things are going much better since my last post. We are getting settled into our new home, I've joined meetings and Dh's new job is going well. The kids are starting to get into a routine - except the baby - he still is getting up every 3 - 4 hours to feed. Here are some pictures - finally! www.flickr.com/photos/burtonmotorsports/ Enjoy!
  3. I've picked it up at Walmart a few times. I really like that magazine. I haven't gotten a sub. yet, I get Fitness and Shape right now.

  5. My abs are a big trouble spot for me. I have a pooch! I do cardio, but recently have started doing the leg lifts and leg d's suggested by Jennifer. I can feel it! It's a great feeling - having my abs "sore". I do them after my cardio, which is usually 30-45 miuntes of walking at a good pace on the treadmill. I can tell they work. Let's just see how long it takes me to see some resluts! Thanks for the suggestions Jennifer!

  7. Happy Birthday Rasha! This is where I've seen you posting, so I thought I'd happy birthday you! :birthday: Treat yourself to a good run! Week 3 isn't that bad! I'll be doing workout 3 tomorrow.

  9. I have a treadmill, so I'm using the timer on it. I think ahead to the time I stop running or walking. It's a challenge to run the time I should be.
  10. I thought it was going to kill be when I looked at what I needed to do. It wasn't that bad! I just kept pushing through the 3 minute runs so I could see the light for the 3 minute walks!
  11. I just finished day 1 of week 3. I am loving it! It is hard, but I'm doing it! I'll stay ahead of you guys and cheer you on! GO TEAM!!! It does get easier, but the workouts keep changing. I love it though!

    Sit ups

    I have a bad lower back too. I do my ab work on a stability ball and I store it in my bath tub - I close the shower curtain and you'd never know it there. Plus it makes a great footrest in the living room when I don't put it away. I find if it's out in the living room - I use it more! Good luck!
