  1. Kinda bumping this up. I have made this a couple times and forgot how good it is. I have some homemade polenta that this would be great served over. YUM:bcb_bravo
  2. Cybergranny- I made the sour cream chicken enchiladas last night and they were wonderful! I was a bit leery on the 2 PTS for each serving, so I ran it through the WW recipe builder and got 6 - still NOT BAD for 2 enchiladas! Had rice and FF refried beans with it! (Some people don't believe I'm actually on WW, considering the yummy leftovers I bring to lunch!)
  3. We had dogs last nite. I buy the Nature's Own wheat/no sugar buns which are 1 PT each, and Ball Park FF dogs. Last nite we just had 1 each w/relish, mustard and onions - had some pickles and FF chips - 3 PTS and I was full. We also like to add turkey chili, and lite (2%) American cheese, jalapenos, mustard and onions for coneys - YUM!
  4. My hubby and I LOVE meatloaf so we're gonna make this next week. As far as adding some stewed tomatoes, does that turn out OK? I don't know what the PTS would be for this, but before WW, we'd make "meatloaf muffalettas" out of the leftover meatloaf we had, put a slice on some really good crusty bread, with cheese (usually provolone) and olive salad - this is based on a New Orleans favorite - we pop it in the oven til the cheese melts - sooooo good!
  5. I bet you could sub the soup for the 98% fat free, reuced fat Velveeta, whole wheat sketti, reduced fat Ritz and broth, and omit the butter - not sure of the points, I would guess about 8, depending on serving size
  6. Try this. I haven't made it yet, but I've made several of her other recipes, and they're all great! This recipe is similar to one I used to make before I started WW, but "skinnied up". By the way, the site is www.Aimee'sAdventures.com. I love it! Chicken Spaghetti 6 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti 1 (6 oz.) Can 99% Fat Free Canned Chicken breast, in water 1 (14.5 oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes with green chilies, drained 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper 4 oz. Light Velveeta Cheese, cubed 1 (10 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Salt to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break the strands of the spaghetti into 3 sections and cook according to the package directions. Spray a medium pot with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the onion and green pepper over medium heat until tender. Add the drained tomatoes, soup, cheese, chicken, salt and pepper. Cook until the cheese has melted. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and mix to combine. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the dish, cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes. Serves: 4 (approx. 1 cup each) Per Serving: 375 Calories; 8g Fat (17.8% calories from fat); 28g Protein; 50g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 46mg Cholesterol; 1733mg Sodium. Exchanges: 2 Grain (Starch); 1 Lean Meat; 1/2 Vegetable; 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates. WWP: 7
  7. This is quick, and YUMMY! My husband couldn't believe this was OP. 4 PTS each - Chili Cheese Coney's 4 Nature's Own wheat no-sugar hot dog buns (1PT each) 4 Ballpark fat free hot dogs (1PT each) Hormel Turkey Chili (1 cup - 1 PT) 4 slices 2% american cheese singles (1PT each) Warm up the chili and the dogs. Fix them however you like, we added, for no extra points, spicy mustard, chopped onions and jalapeno slices. Melt the cheese on the dogs and chili about 1 minute in the microwave - I was stuffed for 8 PTS!!!
  8. What's the original recipe you improved upon? The hubster and I love squash casserole! (My original version I always made for the holidays was made with 1 stick of real butter - 1 lb of sharp cheddar and crushed ritz - SINFUL!) - I bet I could skinny that up, though....
  9. I can't wait to try this! How many points do ya'll think it would be if I used about 2 links (taken out of casings) of turkey italian sausage and some turkey pepperoni? YUM!

    I love those also! I wonder if it would taste OK with the real light wheat bread that's 1 point for 2 slices, and egg beaters, I can't believe it's not butter spray?? I bet, you could have 2 for maybe 3 PTS??
  11. What about the butter corn at the movies? I figured up 6 PTS for about 1/3 of a medium bag. Was I WAY off? In the WW Total Food Companion, it says 5 for 3 cups of buttered popcorn???????
  12. YOU GO GIRL! You look amazing! Are you tall? I weigh 181 and I could not wear a skirt like you had on in one of the pics. What an accomplishment! I want to lose 50 lbs and there are days like today, where I know after supper, I will be cutting real close to being out of points (and I partied this weekend, so no more flex points:sobbing. So, I just need to be focused, keep the goal in mind and eat my veggies and no point ranch dip....
