Sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted.
  5. Thanks Frisky! It's for 6-8 servings. =) I had to make a FULL fat cobbler for a pot luck and decided their must be a way to bring it down to a better level. So i made this up on Sunday and let me tell you, you really don't miss all the other ingredients. I'm showing it as about 4 pts per serving? Which really isn't bad for a cobbler.

  8. I have one that I enjoy. 1 bag tot's 1 lb. leanest ground beef 2 cans heathy request cream of mushroom soup 1 cup 2% cheddar cheese 1 medium onion diced Cook beef and onions until no longer pink add soup and mix well. Spray casserole dish with pam and place a single layer of tot's and cover with beef and then layer another layer of tot's. Bake until tots are just golden and crisp to tough. Sprinkle cheese on top of tots and spray lightly with pam (helps less fat cheeses to melt) let cook until cheese melts. Serve. I haven't made this in a really long time, before i was back on program so i don't know the points. However i do know that it's much better for you than many versions i have seen. Maybe someone with master cook can point it for us?
