  1. Russian Tea. Perfect for when you have a head cold. This is a famiy favorite, and in the past I would have made this with Tang & Sugar, insgtead of CL & Splenda, but I just recently re-vamped the recipe. It's tastes just about the same. 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Instant Tea (*with lemon) 1 pack of Lemonaide Koolaid (*do not add if tea has lemon) 3/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Splenda 1 packs - Orange 'Sunrise' Crystal Light 1/4 tsp Cloves 1 tsp Cinnamon Mix all ingredients & store in airtight conbtainer. To hot water add 2-3 rounded teaspoons, depending on size of vessel, or to taste.
  2. Why not make your own jelly using your own 'no sugar needed pectin'. Ball makes it & you can use Splenda I believe. 1 batch would last you 3 or 4 years.

  4. Frozen yogurt probably has some stabilizers in it to help it freeze correctly. I wouldn't temp it.

This is my own opinion, and I figure that is how we run our own lives (with our own minds, thoughts & opinions) but when I joined WW I was under the impression that we make our own food decisions, and other persons food decisions are their own. Most of us are adults & while we like friendly suggestions, we have our own mommies to tell us how they think we should run our lives. I have chocolate every day, whether it's in my coffee, a hot chocolate, a few chocolate kisses or maybe even something with more points. To me, having it in small doses when I desire it, keeps me from wanting to go crazy with it. I love chocolate & I couldn't imagine life without it. I can also work it into my points. That's why WW is great for everybody since everybody is different. What one person feels is unnecessary is another persons necessity. Ohh yeah. I'm not telling "everybody" to follow by my example.
  11. It probably also worked because of the lemon juice that you added which provides the acid. You could have also added in some lemon rind (finely minced) which has natural pectin and could help the process.
  12. Yep, Yep and Yep. I also have Hashi's, and while it doesn't cause it, it can worsen it. Sorry! I avoid soy, but I don't freak out if I consume any if it happens to be in something. FYI, I think your child is ADORABLE!

  14. OK, I found this bottled water called HYDRO. It comes in all of these fruit & berry flavors & combos. It's only 45 cals for the entire 16.9 bottle. Yum! I think I'll put ina request at Costco & see if they can get it in. The other, Botan Rice Candy (found inthe Asian section). I used to get this all the time when I was a kid. Is 80 cals & .5gm fat for the entire package (6 pcs) 2 points. 3 pcs is 1 point, 1 pc is 0 points. It also comes with a surprise, like craker jacks.
