  4. Woweee!! You are one great looking couple! And, just guessing here, but it looks to me like your sweetie might have lost a few pounds as well. Mine did, I think just from the different way I cook now. You must be so proud of yourself...keep up the terrific work buddy!!!
  5. Thanks for the quick replies ladies!! You should all be so proud of yourselves for finding something you like and sticking with it. I'm going to look for the TransFIRMer next weekend when I get to a bigger city with lots better shopping options than I have here!! I'll let you know how it goes...hope I don't break my neck...I'm not the most coordinated person in the world!!
  6. Hi there! I get really motivated when I read about how much you all love The Firm. I would love to be a "Firmie" to, but don't know where to start. I've been looking at the website, but there are SO many videos!! What did you all start with? I'm leaning toward ordering the "Transfirmer". It seems to come with the basics that I need to get started. I walk about 5 miles a day at least 4 days a week, but I really need to do some toning. Any help would be sincerely appreciated...thanks Buddies!!!
  7. Bumping to try this weekend for the Broncos game!!
  8. Pia, you look so wonderful!! The difference in the 2 pics of you in your wedding dress is amazing...your waist is absolutely TINY girl!!! You are doing so well, keep up the great work!! Years from now, when you look back at your wedding photos, you are going to be so happy that you worked so hard. I wish I could say that about my pictures...
  9. This is sooooo good!! Prep: 20 Minutes + Freezing Yield: 8 Servings @ 3 Points per Serving 2 Cups Strawberry Sorbet, softened 1 Cup Cold Fat-Free Milk 1 Pkg (1 oz) Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 1 Carton (8 oz) Frozen Low Fat Cool Whip, Thawed 1 Cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries Line an 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan with heavy duty foil. Spoon sorbet into pan; freeze for 15 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft set. Set aside 1/2 cup Cool Whip for garnish; refrigerate until serving. Fold remaining Cool Whip into pudding; spoon over sorbet. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving; unmold onto a serving plate and remove foil. Serve with the strawberries and the reserved whipped topping. Thanks to Light & Tasty magazine; recipe submitted by Kendra Doss.

  11. Hi there! I really love Fiber One, it's kind of sweet, and it's 0 points for 1/2 Cup. I always mix 1/2 C in with my 1 Cup of Cheerios. Very filling, and with 1/2 Cup of Skim Milk, it's only 3 points!! Yummmmm!!
  12. Thanks again for your help ladies!! I called a podiatrist this morning, and have an appointment in 2 weeks. His secretary told me to try and do a different form of cardio until he could see me, so I guess I'm stuck with my BORING exercise bike... I sure do appreciate the help!!! Have a great day everyone. Helen
  13. Thanks so much for your quick replies buddies! I did buy an insole at Wal Mart, but I guess you're probably correct in saying that I should probably be officially diagnosed...Heaven knows I'm no doctor. Hopefully he can help me out with the orthotic that you wrote about Daisy. How long did it take for you to get yours made? Christena, do you mind telling me what kind of shoes you ended up buying? I had a girl at the store help me with my last purchase, but I don't know that she was any more qualified than I am. I just want to say thanks again for all of your help. It's great to know that there are such caring people out there who are willing to share what they have learned!!
  14. Hi there everyone! I have a question that I really need help with. For about the last 2 months when I walk, I get a horrible shooting pain in my heel and up the inside of my ankle. I have researched it, and it sounds just like plantar fasciitis (heel spurs). Have any of you ever suffered from this condition? According to what I can find online, there's not a whole lot a Dr. can do for it. I stretch really well before I walk, and afterwards as well. If I sit for awhile after a walking session, sometimes I can barely put any weight on my foot at all. In the morning, it's very stiff and sore. I just can't give up walking, but I also don't want to end up crippled up over this. Any suggestions, or experiences you would like to share? Thanks in advance for any help!!
  15. GROOOOAAAAN!!! Too funny, just my kind of humor
