  1. This is my tweak on the Yogurt Bran Muffins found on Fiber One's website. These muffins taste wonderful. I did them with blueberries. They came out really well. Yogurt Bran Muffins: Servings: 12 Ingredients: 1 cup fiber One® cereal 1 egg 1/4 cup vegetable oil 12 ounces yogurt, skim milk 1 1/2 cups oat bran 32 grams Splenda, Brown Sugar Blend 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup blueberries (you could use raspberries if you wanted) Instructions: Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin molds, or use baking cups. Crush cereal. Stir together egg (slightly beaten), oil, and yogurt. Stir in cereal and dry ingredients (except berries), just until moistened. Fold in berries. Spoon batter evenly into tins. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Nutrition: Per Serving: 118 Calories; 6g Fat (38.0% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 18mg Cholesterol; 272mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Fruit; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1 Fat.
  2. I was wondering if anyone here has participated in Turbo Kick. Turbo Kick is the group exercise version of Turbo Jam (well, actually, Turbo Kick came first and Turbo Jam is the home version). I think it is the most fun workout that exists. I would definitely encourage everyone to try a class sometime. I started doing it a couple of years ago and I got hooked. So much so that earlier this year I got certified to teach it! I was curious to see if any of you have ever tried it, and what you thought of it.

  6. I went out to eat this evening and ordered a Roasted Vegetable Wrap. I was wondering if someone could help me estimate how many points I ate. Here is a description of the wrap. I only ate half of it, and I got it without the mayonnaise.   9. I've been using a stationary bike, and it seems whenever I start biking my quads start really hurting to the point where it is very hard to continue going. Does anyone have any stretches, or any ideas that may help this problem? When I stop it's fine it's like they cramp up on me.
