  1. Hi- My husband and I drink this Wyler's Light Sugar Free Fruit Punch mix daily...we mix the packet into 2 quarts of water. Does what we drink of this count as some of our water servings since it contains water? We left the meeting today and meant to ask but both forgot to and I really don't want to wait another week to find out! Thanks!
  2. You take 5 large potatos and 2 cans of chicken broth and cook them as you would regular mashed potatos in water. As you mash them you add 1 and 1/4 cups of the chicken broth you used to cook the potatos instead of using milk and butter. Add pepper to your liking. I figured it out to be 2 points per serving, however it makes 6 servings and I was wondering how much is in a serving. They are very good if anyone wants to try them!
  3. Has anyone made the "skinny mashed potatoes" and know how much is considered a serving???
  4. Hi, Here is a question that may be stupid...i know that 3/4 cup of OJ is one serving of the fruits/vegs but sometimes at night i have to make up an extra serving or 2 of fruits/vegs- so is it ok if i have 2 more servings of OJ or is that defeating the purpose of including fruits/vegs into the diet? Please help! Thanks!
  5. I always make baked fries out of potatoes and they turn out awesome! I just slice up two potatoes into french fries then mix them with my 2 tsp of olive oil with a little salt and pepper and bake on a cookie sheet for anywhere between 40-50 minutes. If you weigh out 5 oz. which is a really good sized portion and figure out the points from the potato bag it is usually only 1 point plus the 2 for olive oil....it's soo good!
