It depends on the brownie mix. You have to be very careful to look at the before mixed calories. The serving size is a normal brownie. (2.5" x 2.5").
  2. I agree with CW on the classes. However, I also know what it's like not to have extra money for anything in this economy. Counting points is pretty easy. All you need is an everyday pocket calculater. Calories divided by 50. Fat divided by 12. Example if a label reads. Calories 200 Fat 17g The point value would be 5. 200 divided by 50 = 4 17 divided by 12 = 1.41 So, 4 + 1.41= 5.41 points Also, take off 1 point for every 5 grams of fiber per serving. This is the basic point formula and will work for awhile until you can save up for classes or to join the online program. This sight is wonderful for getting free help with recipes, menus, and support. I really reccomend the one point food list. I hope this helped. Good luck

I couldn't pinpoint exactly what you were asking but I did find these. This one is 1/2 point per piece http://www.ehow.com/how_2101633_brownie-worth-point.html I also found a recipe that says to mix together 1 Tbs of brownie mix and 1 Tbs of Fat free yogurt (any flavor) in a Dixie cup and place in microwave for one minute. Instant chocolate fix for one point! Also, if you use unsweetened applesauce instead of oil and eggwhites instead eggs with the full brownie mix you can produce 1-2 point brownies. Hope this helped.
  4. This is also good with blueberries and strawberries for a flag cake.
  5. Ingredients: 1 Box of Lemon or Strawberry Cake Mix 1 Can of Diet Mt. Dew or Diet Sprite (I use Diet Mt. Dew for that extra tang) 1 Small Package of Sugar Free Strawberry Kiwi Jello 1 Tub of Lite Cool Whip 1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries 1 Cup of Sliced Kiwi Directions: In a Large bowl stir cake mix and soda together until smooth.(yes, that's all you need) Pour into greased and floured rectangle cake pan and follow baking instructions on cake mix box. (It usually takes less time than the box says, check it frequently towards the end) Let the cake only slightly cool. Now, take a toothpick and poke several holes in the cake. Mix Jello as directed on box and pour on cake. Refridgerate cake for about 3 to 4 hours. Spread Cool Whip over chilled cake and then decorate with strawberries and kiwis. P.S.You can also use different flavors of cake, jello and fruit. These are just what I use. This cake is 3.5 points per 4" x 4" piece.
