  1. These are dangerous, because I could EASILY eat the entire box in one sitting! Very yummy!
  2. I HAVE to go in the evening after work. I can't seem to make a habit out of waking up early enough for exercise. I don't have kids though. You may want to take them with you on walks or something, or to the playground and run around with them. It will be fun for all of you!

  5. I do the program along with Curves 3 times a week in order to get my strength and flexibility in there as well. You will love the program, it is a great feeling to get out there and be able to run, even if it is only for 3 minutes at a time right now!! Please update us on your progress
  6. Just wanted to update everyone. Me and my friends upgraded to week 3. It was tough, but I felt really good afterwards. That 3 minutes is killer, but when you go back to 1:30 min, it seems REALLY easy How's everyone else doing???

  10. just to let you all know, I made these last weekend, and my boyfriend who tries to stay away from anything WW absolutely loved these!! He requested that I make them again the next time we have a little party!
  11. Melissa, did you start the program yet? If so, how is it going? I am in the third week of the program now, and am starting the second week, since I did 2 weeks of the 1st week...if that makes sense! I am doing the 1.5 min jog/2 min walk. I found this transition really easy and am actually feeling comfortable the entire time. I was scared at first to push myself, thinking that I might run out of "fuel" by the end of the workout. When I go ahead tomorrow, I will push myself a little bit more because I feel like I can. Hope everyone is doing well! Brooke
  12. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me figure out how many points a Publix Sub - Boarshead Ham & White American Cheese, lettuce, mayo, oil on white bread would be. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
  13. I just wanted to see how everyone was doing on the program? Last week went great, I really like the program. I am doing it with a few of my friends, and they aren't quite ready for the next step, so we are going to do the first week again this week. Hope everyone is doing well!

  15. I have the base model that cost $100 at Walgreens.com and it really works well. A friend of mine, who was only 130 lbs, got down to her goal weight of 104 while using it! It really works, but it is mostly for a good cardio workout, you make your workout easy or difficult.
  16. I started the program yesterday - boy that is a good workout. I can't wait until I am able to do the whole 3 miles! I wouldn't be able to do the workout without my friend, Robin, though! It is much easier to do the workout with a friend. Hope everyone else is doing well!
  17. Well, I didn't get to start Saturday like I wanted to. I will start on Thursday, after my finals for school are over. I just got caught up in studying for my exams!!
