  2. Made this for dinner tonight and it was great! Definitely a keeper! Karen
  3. Had this today and it was really good. Dh liked it too! With what I used it was 4 pts per serving. (We are still doing Flex) Next time I will add some veggies to bulk it up a bit.
  4. 5/30 Long walk with dog. Core exercises. No second helpings today and added lots more veggies to my plate. Trying to drink more water and I have stopped drinking pop. Karen

  7. Hello all. Off to grocery shop in a bit. My first week back on core did not go as well as I had hoped. Need to shop and plan better for this week. Glad to see so many posting here! Karen
