  1. I made this last night and it was GREAT! But I'm a little worried about the points, it seems like it must be more than 2 pts. per cup. mine wasn't real thin it was pretty thick. Has anyone checked the points for it? Terrilyn

  4. I made this today but used orange jello and orange dream yogurt. IT WAS GOOD! Like a dreamsicle, Hubby Loves it too. Going to try lemon next.

  8. There use to be a recipe on here that use to be called Blizzard that you used fat-free pudding mix and I think soy milk and vanilla. Does anyone have that recipe? I lost my copy and it was wonderful!!!

  11. ~Old-fashioned Rice Pudding~ Serves 6 (2/3 cup) 3 cups cold cooked rice 1 1/2 cups (one 12 ounce can) Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup pourable Splenda or Sugar Twin 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 3/4 cup raisins Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine rice, evaporated skim milk, water, and Splenda. Stir in vanilla extract, margarine, and cinnamon. Add raisins. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. Mix well before serving.   12. ~Baked Chicken Breast with Mushroom Sauce~ Serves 4 16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Health Request Cram of Chicken Soup 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream 1 cup (one 4-ounce can) sliced mushrooms, drained 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. Evenly arrange chicken pieces in prepared container. In a medium bowl, combine chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, and parsley flakes. Spoon sauce mixture evenly over chicken pieces. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
