  1. Hi all, I just wanted to share a few pictures. I'm now down 32 lbs. I started WW on January 1st, at 243 and about a size 22. I'm now at 211 and a size 18. I'm sorry that some of the pics are a little out of focus, but I'm not going to re-gain the weight to take them again!

  4. For anyone (like me) who can't find the Ballpark or Hebrew National hotdogs in their neck of the woods, I found Oscar Meyer 99% FF Turkey dogs, and they were great (40 cal, 1 g fat) just as an FYI.
  5. Phenylalanine is an amino acid, found in many foods with high protein. The reason there's a warning is because phenylalanine is one of the chemical components of aspartame (Nutrasweet) and certain individuals with a disorder called phenylketonuria cannot metabolize phenylalanine & it makes them very ill to consume too much of it. Those individuals stick to a special diet wrt proteins, but wouldn't necessarily expect phenylalanine in a soda or syrup (or gum) so hence the warning. Nothing to worry about for the vast majority of the population. (Some people do avoid artificial sweeteners, but not because of the phenylalanine.)HTH!

  8. Everyone's probably tried these, since they're WW-affiliated, but dang. 3 points, and they're absolutely WONDERFUL. I really hate "light"-tasting things - would rather have 1/2 portion of "regular" than something icky that's "light" - but these are completely, totally fantastic. A really great treat. I'm stopping at the store on the way home for a box so that I can have one while I watch American Idol.

  11. Oh I absolutely ADORE the kettle corn. Yummy yummy yummy. I get the 100 cal packs, which I calculate out to be ~2 pts (100 cal, 2 g fat, 4 g fiber.) It's my evening treat, um, pretty much every night. Whatever it takes to stay OP!
