    I just found out that I am pregnant and I want to continue to exercise throughout my pregnancy. I usually do Tae Bo or the Gazelle. I was thinking of doing WATP since it would be safe for the baby and easy to do inside during the winter time. Which ones should I start with? Thanks in advance.
  5. Would you consider weeding as exercise? I think so. I mean, I am mostly using my hands and arms, but I am doing a good amount of sweating from being outside. I just wanted to see what others thought. Thanks.

  8. Today I did Tae Bo II: Get Ripped -- Advanced1 (60 minutes). I considered it high intensity and when I calculated the activity points, it came to 7.5816. Does anyone think this is too high?
  9. It says that one serving is 2oz. but it doesn't say whether that is dry or after it is cooked. I am thinking it is dry. Does anyone have any idea about this? Thanks.
  10. We got these rolls at our grocery store, Giant, but it doesn't give a nutritional sticker. It just tells you that there are six in the bag and the ingredients in them. They are good size rolls. Does anyone have any idea how many points they would be? TIA
  11. Does anyone know if this is a lean steak? I just need to know whether I should give it 10 or 5 points for 4oz. Any ideas?
  12. DH and I will be trying for baby #2 later this year. I am 7lbs. from goal, so I don't want to gain it all back and then some like I did when I got pregnant with my DS. Can anyone recommend any pregnancy DVDs that would be safe to do during pregnancy? I want to stay healthy and active this time around. I know walking is good, but I also want a DVD because I am currently doing Tae Bo and Gazelle and I don't think either of those are safe during pregnancy. Any suggestions? I want to be prepared, so I don't have to rush to find something.
  13. Next week, I am going to start doing my Gazelle lower body exercises until I can move up to my Advanced Tae Bo and do the abs and glutes. Do you know of any exercises I can do to tone up those inner thigh areas in particular? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

  15. Does anyone know how this workout is? I have his Tae Bo Live and Tae Bo II: Get Ripped series and I love them. I also have the Abs and Glutes, but can't do that until I master advanced again. I am still working on the basic before I move onto the advanced. I want to switch things up a little. Thanks.
