  1. Veggie Sandwich Spread (Makes 2 cups) 3/4 cup grated carrots 1/2 c grated cucumbers 1/4 c grated onion 1/4 c finely chopped green peppers 1 Tbs lemon juice 8 oz ff cream cheese 1 1/2 Tbs of ff mayo salt pepper garlic salt Combine veggies and squeeze out excess moisture. Add seasonings and stir. Combine lemon juice, cream cheese and mayo. Stir all ingredients until smooth. Serve as a dip or sandwich spread. I used to make a similar recipe and I used the food processor to chop my veggies, drain juices and then used it to make spread extremely smooth. I used as a sandwich spread and it was awesome!!!!!

  7. subsitute the pork chops for chicken in the cola chicken recipe--it makes the cooks tender and tasty!!!http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=52168
  8. That is what I would do....cook the meat first maybe in a pressure cooker so that it is fork tender and then add the sauce to your taste preference. Oh and it is definetly a chicken sauce as well...you could use it while the chicken is cooking or cook the chicken until it is almost done and then add the sauce for the last leg of cooking. Being from the south, bbq is almost a weekly meal around our house. My DS loves trying new sauces and I printed this one out for him as well. I am trying my best to figure out a WW friendly sweet bbq sauce made from brown sugar, mayo, ketchup, mustard but it is just not coming together for me.

  14. The only difference in white corn meal and yellow corn meal is the type/color of corn that is used...so I would think both would be core.
  15. I don't see why not....maybe even bump up to 1 1/2 cups of ff cheese.
