    Easy Pumpkin cookies

You can mix 1 cup of mini chocolate chips with them and they are 1 pt for 36 cookies Here is the thread http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=139111&highlight=pumpkin+cookies Helps me fight chocolate cravings
  2. They are very good. I love all the fit and active brand. Love their salad dressings!

Love them also. No nonsense just introduced the bottoms, A lot cheaper and just as nice. I wear them under everything!
  5. Joanne, I have a convection oven in my regular oven, and love it. Recipes like the oven fried chicken, and the fish, come out wonderful. I use it for about everything. One tip the salesman told me, is to always put the food in a baking pan with a low side. No more than an inch. High sided pans like pyrex, block the air flow. In small things the difference in time, is just a couple of minutes. But it knocks about an hour off of a whole turkey. Oh yeah, that is my DH favorite thing in the convection oven is turkey. The air kinda seals it, and it comes out really moist.
  6. I stir it right in my sugar free jelly and put on 1 point bread for a great pbj
  7. Sorry Lisa! Where have you been? 9 points is half of my daily points, so I would have to think twice. Of course if she has the points go for it.
  8. We marinade ours in terriaki sometimes. They are also good cooked in the crockpot with stove top stuffing.
  9. I have one and used it for a while. I find old fashion journaling to be beneficial, because I can go back and look at my menus. The one I had does not keep the food names, only points. I took it on vacation with me because it was quick.
  10. Thats a lot of points. Come home and have the caramel apple salad recipe from these forums It is yummy! http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=165113&highlight=caramel+apple
  11. The garlic press! Yes you should have that one. And I absolutely love these little microwave saucepans they have. I use them every day. I have the cookware, old style and it is the best. I got my cookware on ebay, as it is too expensive at those parties.
  12. I make this and keep it in an airtight container. Same as no pudge, just cheaper. http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=115094
  13. I just bought the banana ones, and I love them! I bought the Apple cinnamon ones also. I will tast them when the bananas are done. 16 chips for 2 points. For anyone looking for them. The name is Nabisco Garden Harvest, not golden harvest.
  14. Can you get the NI from the bakery? The only way you will know is to find out about that sub bun.
  15. Mine is only in ounces. I would get one with metric, as I find some serving sizes are listed in metric.
  16. There have been many changes in 8 years. The best would be if you could go to at least a couple of meeting to get yourself on the right track. They now have a formula for determining your points. Here is a link that may be helpful. http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=150411 I would definetly go to a couple of meeting to get myself going on the right track.
  17. I made this sorta, and it was a hit at Bible Study I did not have yellow cake, so I used a banana cake mix. I did not have diet mountain dew, so I used diet 7 up plus, the tropical fruit one. I did not have vanilla sugar free pudding, so I used cheescake sugar free pudding. It was wonderful! So I guess you can use the same formula, just change things a bit. I am going to run it through mastercook to get points for it this way.
  18. Mix one large container of plain yogurt with 1 pkg, sf vanilla pudding (or cheesecake flavor works well) Alternat in clear plastic cups with strawberries and blue berries for beautiful parfaits.
  19. I get this alot while riding my bike. If it is just one count 0, if it happen twice you better add 1 point! LOL I asked that last year, after I swallowed many bugs.
  20. We do cereal for breakfast usually. You can make some nice trail mixes with some of the high fiber cereals. I also pack plenty of 100 cal packs. Dinner is so easy as you can grill anything, and throw some baked potatoes and even corn on the cob on the grill. We also do tuna salads for lunch. We ususally have electric available where we camp, so I take the crockpot. That way you don't waste time cooking. Also remember to take apples, they travel well, oranges, and things to help you make sure you get your fruits and veggies in. Alot of times I make a low point spahetti sauce and freeze, that way you can just warm it and serve with whole wheat pasta. I also make taco meat with ground turkey, and freeze it.
  21. This recipe was fantastic. My family claims it is one of the best yet. And soooo easy!
  22. Found these yesterday at Meijer. I had the chocolate mouuse one and it was wonderful and a nice size portion. I bought the apple crisp but have not had it. http://www.csnews.com/csn/products/pack_snacks/product_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003587074
  23. I also cannot drink milk. I use this recipe for a WW blizzard. DH and I love them, and some days it is the only way I get my milk servings in www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=51726
  24. I made these yesterday. They were wonderful. I am wondering if you can make them with the SF cheesecake pudding mix. I think I will try it. I always have this in my pantry. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
  25. Cheers, Welcome! The best thing to do is read through the forums and find people with the same things in common. You could look at the WW at home group, or the 20's group or the 30's group. Read through the posts to decide. It is nice to have buddies who are going through the same times. (kids same age, same lifestyle) You can form some pretty amazing friendships. The kind of friends who love you know matter what, but aren't afraid to give you a kick in the pants when you need it. Read the newbie handbook, and start posting. You will get so much support!
