  1. I was going back through the SFT recipes to find some new things and I came across this one which I would like to try. Problem is, I don't care for margarine and I wanted to know if anyone knew of a good substitution I could use? This recipe calls for 1/2 cup of FF margarine....
  2. B- bluberries and yogurt snack - pear lunch - leftover chicken on a sandwich thin with a pickle snack - 94% ff popcorn dinner - heading to a diner with friends...planning on a salad! Wish me luck!
  3. I made the sesame noodles with kale for dinner and it was VERY good! Almost too good, if you know what I mean. I had to put it in a tupperware and walk away.....will be lunch tomorrow! Thanks for a great recipe!
  4. I just tried this cake, honestly...not expecting much. I have tried chocolate cake from the core board before and been very disappointed. I was so shocked when this popped out of the microwave and was this light fluffy little personal cake. It was truly wonderful. I am not a big "sweet" fan, so it was actually pleasant not to have that tremendous sugary taste you normally get with "real" chocolate cake, this was perfect. I put some FF whip on top and couldn't even eat the whole thing, ate half. Am saving the other half for after dinner! Thanks!
  5. I made this last night and used ground turkey since I didn't have any ground sirloin on hand. Was wonderful! Looking forward to some leftovers for lunch today! Thanks for the quick and EASY recipe! (DH gobbled down two big pieces!)
  6. Has anyone tried this with egg beaters? I have cholesterol issues and I try to avoid whole eggs....
  7. Congratulations! What an inspiration! Thank you for posting!
  8. I do WW Core completely from home and have lost 26 lbs over the past few months. This forum is wonderful, I stumbled upon it while looking for an answer to a WW question. Core is a fabulous program. Check out the Core forum and the Core Recipes forum. I got a TON of recipes from it, all core! Welcome!
  9. Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I'm going to be doing a lot of oat experimenting!
  10. Hi everyone, Need some help here. Went for my annual physical the other day and was thrilled to find out that I have lost 26 pounds (thanks to CORE), however, my cholesterol went up! ????? It's not horrible but she definitely wants it lower (as do I). Can't understand this but she said some of it may be genetic. Anyway, I keep reading about soluble fiber and oatmeal, oatmeal, oatmeal to help with lowering bad cholesterol. I'm not a big oatmeal fan, at least not in the way you would "normally" eat it........sweetened, pumpkin pie spice, etc. (I don't care for the "spice" taste of things like pumpkin pie, ginger, etc.). Does anyone have any sort of savory recipes for oatmeal? I do love the core granola (not savory) but want to put more oatmeal in my diet. I think savory might make it more palatable for me. Any suggestions or any suggestions on cholesterol lowering? Thanks buddies, reading this board has helped me stay motivated, get back on track after slips, get new recipes, etc. All in all, 26 lbs gone is feeling wonderful! More to go! Thanks!

  12. I like mine with salt and pepper and sometimes I put it on some wasa bread for crunch! (count points for wasa I believe) Also, with pineapple! Yummy!
  13. I had an eggplant that a friend gave me from her garden and was searching for something to do with it. I LOVE soup and came across this recipe.........WOW, was it good! I LOVE it and I also never thought of using my immersion blender....duh. Next time I will use that and it will be even easier!!! Thanks for the great great recipe! I plan on making this much more than once!!
  14. Same here. I can't STAND splenda and I taste it no matter what amount I put in the recipe. I use granular fructose instead.
  15. I just made this the original recipe way with SF maple syrup. Very very good. Too good.......I will have to be careful with this.
