  3. I am going to be buying a food scale this weekend - can anyone tell me if the oa weight of meat listed in the points reference is cooked or raw?
  4. This is my first Thanksgiving on WW, does anyone have any recipes for homemade stuffing that is lower in points, I think I have a solution for almost everything else. but I am open for amy lower point side dishes as well Thanks for the help.
  5. I just started to incorporate exercise into my WW program, I am doing WATP 1 mile walk in the AM and PM. Does anyone know what the intensity of that walk would be considered? I would like to count my ap's for the work I am doing! Thanks for your help.

I need some easy lunch ideas for the days I am at work, I usually get subway or there is a little restaurant called Healthy choices that serves GREAT salads and low fat wraps, but now Healthy Choices is closing. I dont think I can handle Subway everyday so if anyone has any lunch ideas (low points if possible) I would appreciate them. Thanks Buddies
  7. Does any one know the point value for one Lavash/Lawash/Sandwich wrap - I cant seem to find it? Of course I ate a veggie wrap with mustard and cant caluclate the points for the wrap! Any help would be helpful
