  1. hi everyone. I would like to get into the best shape i can over the next 6 months (and beyond). I will be getting married this summer and want to look great in my dress! I don't really work out at all right now but would like to start. My major problem areas are my arms and stomach, although i do need to tone up all over. What do you suggest i do? Any workout routines you can reccommend? Do you think i should join a gym? Does anyone know a good/affordable gym? Thanks so much for your help, i appreciate it!
  2. do the firm tapes help tone your abs well? I've been doing WW for a few weeks but haven't started excercising yet. My major problem areas are my stomach and arms and i wanted to know if the firm tapes would be good for me...any firmies who can give me advice?

  5. DELICIOUS!!! My whole family enjoyed this recipe. I subbed black beans for the kidney beans and also used Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Corn instead of the canned corn. I also added some chilli powder to the crust. Next time i think i'll bake the crust for a few minutes first because it was a little mushy.
  6. made this last night...had a great texture and is definitely satisfying! Next time i would add some extra splenda or some davinci syrup to give it some more sweetness. Or maybe substitute banana for the applesauce to get more flavor? Definitely a great recipe though-thanks so much!

    here's a great way to get another fruit in just made this (adapted from Everyday Italian on the Food Network) and it is delish! preheat oven to 350* Slice a nectarine in half. Use a melon baller or spoon to remove the pit and red flesh. Lightly spray the front and back of each half with ICBNButter. Sprinkle top of each half with cinnamon and splenda (about 1/2 tsp but can use more or less depending on taste). Finely chop up 2-3 cashews (or any nut you like, i'm sure almonds would be great) spray with ICBNB and fill center of each nectarine half. Give top of each half another good spray of ICBNB and bake on a cookie sheet for about 30 minutes till the top is lightly browned. Remove from oven, drizzle with FF caramel and serve immediately with a dollop (or two!) of FF cool whip. I'm sure this recipe would work great with peaches, apples, and pears too! Using a medium nectarine and 3 finely chpped cashews this recipe was 2 pts. enjoy !
