  1. Has anyone tried the Abs Lounger or Abs Lounger 2 advertised on TV? I need help with my abs, but doing crunches or sit-ups hurtsmy neck and back. I know some stores sell the Abs Lounge 2, but I've only found the Abs Lounge on the website, and it's quite a bit more. Does anyone know the difference between the two machines and if they work?
  2. I haven't made this in the crock pot, but I did cook it in a slow oven. It is very simple but good. Salt and pepper brisket, if desired. Pour two cans of Cream of Chicken Soup over brisket (the low fat kind)and cook on low until done. I don't know how long it will take in crock pot, but I imagine it would take at least 8 hours on low or about 5 hours on high, depending on size of brisket. The soup makes a very good flavored gravy when mixed with pan drippings.
  3. I agree with you wholeheartedly on no fat/low fat dressings. One of my favorite dressings is Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan. It is not sold as a low fat dressing, but it only has two points per 2 TBS. You'd never know it, though - it's delicious . I also make a great Oriental Chicken Salad, and I make the dressing by mixing half full fat Honey Dijon with half fat free Honey Dijon (I use Jewel's President's Choice brand.) It is very good and is only 2.5 points per 2 TBS.

  9. This is a very simple and quick dish, but for some reason my kids and husband really like it. For one serving: 1 cup Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans, heated 1 fat free hot dog, heated and sliced 1 two-point corn muffin (Krusteaz or one of the low fat muffins in the bread section of the board) Mix the beans and sliced hot dog in a bowl and crumble the corn muffin over the top. That's it! 7 points per serving
  10. This soup seems too easy to taste this good. It tastes like a cross between chili and minestrone. Thanks for the post. I'm sure I'll be making this quick soup a lot!
  11. I'm new on the boards and I'm an At Home member. Not to ask a stupid question, but what is the Week 5 recipe?

  15. I recently saw on a site featuring WW recipes a recipe for a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. It used the juice of a lime and some spices, but I cannot relocate the recipe. Does anyone have that recipe? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
