  1. Does anyone have this video? I'm looking for some info on this. I saw it at the store and thought it would be nice for me to try. I know I can not jog one full mile now, but would like to work up to it. The running time said 30 minutes, isn't that a bit long for a one mile jog? Give me the scoop. Thanks!
  2. I also think this set is great. I really enjoy the fact that I can "boost" my workout, but w/in the same amount of time as the other WATP videos I have. I've been sort of lazy lately and still have not tried out the 3 and 4 mile tapes, but I love the 1-2 mile. And the firming workout had me crying for days after I did it, I guess that goes to show how good of a workout I got from it! It is a combo of standing and floor moves. Des, i agree, the stretchie band smells bad. Its made out of rubber though, so I kind of expected it. BTW, it is very inspiring to read that so many buddies have lost the majority of their weight using WATP.
  3. Bringing this one to the top, I'm adding this to my list!
  4. WOW! You look amazing. Now that is some serious progress!!!
  5. Bethel, The fast firming is a seperate workout. I think it was no more than 30 minutes. I did this on Saturday and my legs still hurt, it was definately effective. You use the stretchie to workout your lower and upper body, some ab work, and stretching.
  6. My slim set should arrive either today or tomorrow. I paid the extra $0.85 for UPS delivery. I'm so excited! I'm going to take the 10 day challenge that she has w/ these videos. I guess she guarantees you will see results in 10 days or something. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I'll read it and let you all know.
  7. Ok, I was so excited about the new videos, that I just ordered them. I hope they don't take long to get here! I'll consider this my belated v-day gift to myself
  8. Tell me more! Where did you buy this? I need some new WATP tapes, and these sound like they are just what I need to spice it up a bit! Jackie... I'm sorry to inform you of this but... Leslie is cheating on you w/ me! If it weren't for Leslie, I wouldn't be doing any exercise right now. I HATE the cold, so there is no way I'm going to brave the cold to get to the gym. Leslie and I walked 4 miles together today
  9. For more toning, I would personally recommend her Walk Strong tape. She does intervals of walking and toning, I believe each interval is 2-3 minutes long. I definately sweat a lot more doing this than her 2 mile tape w/ the stretchie. I feel like it is a good strength training tape and worth it. I found mine at Walmart for about $9.
  10. I have this in the crock now. Its been so long since I have made it. I can't wait to eat!!!
  11. I'm bumping this one to the top, I've gotta try this.
  12. Thanks for the bump. I like making this w/ tomato soup, ground turkey, and hashbrowns for a variation of shepards pie. Yum!
  13. It was pretty good. Definately heat up the cream cheese in the microwave to soften it, mix it w/ the soup, and then add it!
  14. Ok, even though I've bumped this one twice, I have yet to make it. It is in the crockpot now though, so I'll report back!
  15. You can use ground chicken in any recipe that calls for ground beef or ground turkey. A few of my favorites are: ground chicken tacos chicken chili spaghetti sauce good luck!
