  1. Hi Meghan, Same boat here. I just rejoined WW yesterday and came back to BCB this morning after I don't know how many years. I'm so glad BCB is still here. I am determined to make this work again for me. Hopefully we can help each other along the way :-)
  2. Cool Whip Frosting – I love this frosting! And you can vary the flavor by varying the flavor of pudding. We’ve made chocolate and lemon so far. 1 C lowfat milk 1 8 oz Sugar Free Cool Whip 1 Pkg Instant Chocolate Sugar Free Pudding 1/4 C Sugar replacement SPlenda Combine dry ingredients, whip milk in until smooth, fold in cool whip.
  3. Believe it or not I just saw this...I would be happy to be your neighbor...whatever that means...cherie

  4. Hang in there Robin - the scale is not the only measurement for success.

  5. I ran into them at the end of the grocery store aisle myself the other day - and, of course, whipped out my points calculator. I bought some of the 3 point and the 2 point ones. I like them both - as does my DH. I still think fiber one is the best though
  6. Really? To me they seem a normal size cookie. Maybe they're different here. I also tried the peanut butter and oatmeal raisin WW cookies. THey are also one point. DH likes the chocolate chip best. At least until he tasted the peanut butter. I like the oatmeal raisin best. But I like all three. I also like that they are individually wrapped.
  7. One point per pita bread and they're pretty decent size. Taste really good too.
  8. Each muffin is one point. THey are really good. BUt they cost twice as much as Aunt Millie WHole Wheat English Muffins and those are also one point. DH says they taste better than the AUnt Millie - but I don't think they're twice as good. But - worth a try.
  9. These come in box with 6 pouches. Each pouch has 70 calories , 3 fats, and 3 fibers - so comes to 1 point. You get quite a few little chocolate cookies in a pouch. I like that they are individually packed Only have 1 point and are sweetened with Splenda I think these are tasty.
  10. We found these in the grocery store the other day. THey are individually wrapped two cookies in each pack and 12 packs in the box. They are crispy. And what I consider to be a regular size cookie. My DH things they're really really good. I like WW cookies better, but I love the fact that these are individually packaged - so easy to grab for on the road. Two cookies come out to 3 points on my points calculator. THey have zero trans fats. This is the same company that makes those windmill cookies.
  11. I don't understand the new friends post things...but I like it...I think...hehe...would you be my neighbor?

  12. Everyone at my WW class says these are good. 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 C 1/2 percent or fat free milk 2 envelopes dream whip a 2.6 oz package 1 small package SF FF Jello White Chocolate Instant Pudding 1 package nabisco famous chocolate wafers Beat 1st four together til thick and fluffy with a mixer about 2 minutes put mixture between wafers and put in freezer til frozen makes 20
  13. I vote for waiting until the loss slows. The questionnaire is a general thing for all of us - and we all have different metabolisms. I find that I end up giving up the point at the 5's instead of the 0's. It's still every 10 pounds - but for me - that's when it happens. So - listen to your body. Drop the point when it becomes necessary.
  14. I had sleep apnea - means I had to sleep with a mask and a continuous air pressure machine every night - that's gone. My Dr had put me on BP meds and was threatening to add more - that's gone. My cholesterol improved vastly. My triglycerides are normal. They were high. My Dr told me is was on my way to being diabetic - now my sugar is normal. I used to have to use a seat belt extender on the airplane - now I have room to spare. And I FEEL GREAT!!!!

    Chocolate Pie

Wow - I just got back from vacation and wanted to add to this recipe and I want to apologize to Panda for never answering way back when! I used Cool Whip Lite - but I don't see why you couldn't use the others if you chose. We tried a variation of this on vacation. Instead of the milk we used mostly melted Breyers no sugar added ice cream - and we reserved one third of the cool whip to put on top. After we mixed the ingredients we put it back in the freezer so the ice cream would harden. It was sooooooooo good! We'd take it out of the freezer and let it sit a little while before we cut it to eat so we could cut it - but my DH couldn't believe how good it is! And we really like the original recipe too.
