  1. Hello All! I started the CW yesterday (I think that's what it is called-the modified Wendi Plan). I am 33, 5'1 1/2 and 133lbs. I would like to lose 10 pounds and maintain it. Portion control is my main downfall. I am doing 20points one day, 30 points the next. So, my questions are this: 1. When do I workout? Do I work out only on my 20 points days or only on my 30 points days? 2. When I do work out, do I eat the APs? If so, do I only eat the APS on the 20 point days or the 30 point days???
