  1. I love, love, love my Kindle, too. It's so convenient. I'm breaking down and buying a new Kindle Paperwhite next month to replace my old Kindle Keyboard, which I am giving to my daughter. Right now I'm reading The Host by Stephenie Meyer, the author of the Twilight series. It's pretty good, so far. I'm into the vampire books, too, and have read all of the Sookie books. I haven't heard of Vampires in America. I may have to look that one up.
  2. I'm so glad you posted this. For some reason, I didn't even think about a WW app. Downloading it right now.
  3. Thank you! Good to know that it is an easy fix. Thanks for the welcome backs!
  4. Hello, everyone! Happy New Year! Hope everyone has a wonderful year ahead of them. I have a quick question for you. I've been a member here since 2005 but haven't posted in a year. My status says "retired member/inactive". Is there any way to change it back to active?
  5. Hey, lady....we miss you. Happy birthday!

  6. Is D&W the brand name? I use the Hebrew National FF (switched from the Ballpark FF because they do taste better) but would like to try something new. Where are these found?
  7. I have the Oscar Meyer brand (Mesquite flavor) and it is 1 point for 6 slices. 50/1/0
  8. That is a GREAT one!! I'm adding it to my list.

  10. I vote for taking the class. I'll admit, i wouldn't wear some of the outfits, but it looks like there is much more going on there. I do like many of the purses in the first thread and have seen many people with crocheted purses. It's nice to have something unique once in a while. It looks like there are so many various things you can do, even wall hangings. I hope you will give it a try! If you don't like it you just don't have to do it! LOL! P.S. Needlework is also a GREAT way to keep those fingers busy doing something instead of snacking.
  11. WELCOME PHIL!! This board is not only about getting support, but also giving it. You may have a suggestion or have been through an experience some may have not, and you can share your wisdom. There are very few men on this board compared to women, and we welcome any ideas you may have. A new perspective is always appreciated! Also, like oters have said, there is a wealth of information on this board. Any questions you may have, you will probably find the answer here. And if not, ask and I'm sure someone will be able to help Who knows? You may surprise yourself and get as addicted as some of the rest of us!!! Good Luck to you!!
  12. I think I may have posted this already, but I didn't see it: If you hang your swimsuit On the refrigerator door, The goodies inside Will be easier to ignore.

  14. This post has more truth to it than some of us care to admit. Thanks Joanne, for shedding a different "light" to this forum!
