  1. Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake Bites! (from hungrygirl.com) (2 Bites: 40 calories, 0g fat, 100mg sodium, 6.5g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g sugars, 2g protein = 1 Point!) Meet our new favorite use for ice cube trays. Ingredients: 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free 5 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese; softened 1 tbsp. SPLENDA, Granular 10 tsp. HERSHEY'S Sugar Free Syrup Directions: Using a fork, vigorously mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and Splenda until smooth and well blended. Evenly distribute mixture into 10 sections of an ice cube tray. Tap tray firmly on the counter a few times to get mixture to settle flat. Next, top each with a teaspoon of chocolate syrup. Tap tray again to settle. Place tray in freezer until Bites are solid -- at least 2 hours. Once frozen, Cheesecake Bites should pop out easily (if not, run the bottom of the tray under the faucet for a few seconds to loosen them). Makes 10 Bites!
  2. I just got mine yesterday and tired them this morning. Yuck, nasty if you ask me. But then again, I don't care much for citrus + I had just brushed my teeth 10 minutes ago LOL. Probably good if you don't like sweet drinks.
  3. I was wondering which ones everyone else likes. I tried Kashi, which I did like. It seems like a lot of the other nutrition bars I look at have a lot more saturated fat in them, though (like LUNA).
  4. I wonder if adding the canola oil is really necessary?
  5. Ingredients: filtered carbonated water, high frucose corn syrup, natural citric acid, natural flavors, natural potassium citrate I'm wondering about that last one, LOL. Sure it's natural, but still not healthy with all the added sugar.
  6. After I ate a similar sugar-free product, I had horrible cramps and lower back pain for days. I'm not 100% sure it was the artificial sweetener, but I can't think of another reason I got so sick. Just eat the real stuff in moderation, most definitely.
  7. Just happened upon this recipe, I'm really curious. Do you all still make it? Is it watery?
  8. I tried them, they were okay. But my brother had a bag of Brach's sugar-free jelly beans with almost the same calories for the same sized serving. They were fantastic! My boyfriend ate a bunch w/o even knowing they were sugar-free. I beleive they only have then at easter time though, cause he got them on clearence for .25 a bag, lol. If you see them, give them a try. There nice and soft and no laxitive effect.
  9. I would definitely go with Miracle Whip Lite rather than the Free stuff. It's well worth the additional points!!

  11. Has anyone tried these? I saw them at the store today for $2 a bag. They have 40% less calories than the original. Just wanted to know what others thought of them before I picked some up.
  12. Thought I'd just warn everybody. I bought the PB, it was hard to begin with. Had another a couple weeks after I bought them, like biting into a brick! NOT GOOD.

  14. OMG, I just happened to have picked up a box of this today. I totally went overboard on it. A handful here, a handful there, stuff some in my face. I can't handle cereal. I splurge on it more than I do anything else.
  15. I was wondering about those. I love FF pringles, even more than the regular ones!
