  1. Hi guys, Here the the recipe that some of you have requested. It is delicious and is reallllly good cold with a little bit of milk. Makes a bunch and is definitely kid friendly! You'll have to let me know how you like it. Creamy Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal 2 cups steel cut oats, rinsed 1 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk 2 cups unsweetened applesauce 2 apples, chopped 5 ½ cups water 1 cup splenda 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (0 pt) Just put it all in the crockpot, mix and cook on low for 8 hours (while you sleep). Yummy breakfast for the entire week! And tastes just like a dessert when it’s cold. I like it after it has had a chance to “set” and not when it’s first cooked.
  2. OMG...I have to tell you. I made this salad on Sunday and just love it!!! Even my son had some of it, which is great. I use different salad dressings depending on my mood and I find it convenient and quick and because I don't have to spend so much time on prep everyday, it makes it easy to take for lunch and get my veggies in. Thanks for the recipe. I know this one I will use on a regular basis.
  3. Hi there, I've tried the taco chicken and that's one of my favorites. I tend to use a lot of different spices and 2 of my favorites is the Club House Greek seasoning mix. I just bake it in the oven or crock pot with the seasoning on it. Another really nice seasoning is the lemon pepper seasoning (just the dollar store variety) and that is really nice as well. Add some rice or potato or just a salad and you have a meal. I love all your ideas.
  4. Hi Beki: Your chilli was delicious. I made a double batch and froze it in 1 1/2 cup batches and take it for a filling lunch. I gave it to a friend struggling on the program and she just loved it and requested the recipe. Pretty soon it will be going around the hospital. What at hit! Thanks for the recipe.
  5. Seen an idea that came in one of my e-mails and liked it so much that I adapted it to be "light". I hope my calculations are alright as it was my first time taking a recipe and calculating it. 1 pkg of chocolate fudge fat free jello pudding mix 2 cups skim milk Mix and refrigerate. To make rocky road pudding add: 10 marshmellows a few ground nuts To with: 4 tbsp ultra low fat Cool Whip I figured it to be: 1/2 cup pudding - 2 points 10 marshmellows - .5 points a few ground nuts - .5 (estimate) Cool Whip - 4 tbsp - 1 point Hope you enjoy it!
