  1. I just discovered these this week! I thought I'd give them a shot since they were $3.49 I just bought a single box. 3 points for 2 bars and they are really really yummy. I don't think this will be a problem food as after the 2 bars I'm satisfied with it. 2 thumbs up!
  2. I tried the General Tso's Spicy Chicken today. 6 pts. It was pretty good. I was impressed!

Ok, so I read this yesterday and had bought a box of the multigrain variety on sale this week at Shaw's (which I'd imagine you'd find at any SUPERVALU chain - like Albertson's..). 2/$4 if anyone is interested... I wanted to see what all the bad talk was about. First I need to say that I do not agree with those who said these were yucky and didn't like them. Of course I also seek out the Low-Sodium Wheat Thins and Triscuits because the other flavors/varieties I find a bit more salty than I'd prefer, but I'll eat them. I would willingly interchange these with their Wheat Thin counterparts. I like them both...perhaps a little too much...but I found them to be really tasty and not too salty for my liking.

  6. OMG, this is soo yummy. I added in some zucchini too....YUM YUM YUM! This was my first time working with Quinoa also so I wasn't sure what would happen. I was pleasantly surprised to find it expanded almost like rice pudding-ish. VERY VERY GOOD, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Great job Jodes!

  8. I was feeling adventurous today...and on a whim bought a yellow horn melon. I guess you can eat it out of the shell (like kiwi??) but does anyone have an suggestions?
  9. I looove these things, but they are a trigger food so I don't get them often. My preferred order: Carrot, Lemon, Chocolate. I kinda like them when they are a little dry, the icing snaps when you take the first bite! I do agree with the others though...they are teensy and making the cola cake is definitely more bang for your buck.
  10. I tried the Strawberry a couple of weeks ago b/c it was on sale - I probably won't buy it again. The texture was fine, but the taste wasn't really that great. I've been eating Activia lately...the vanilla is yum!
  11. Great Recipe! Yummy, thick chili! It makes a ton! After DH and I had eaten I had enough left to offer dinner to my neighbor and her BF and still have a bunch left over for lunch next week (I'm sure it will be yummy over some Basmati rice!)
  12. I made this with dinner tonight (a variety of Core Chili) and it was yum! Even DH who isn't a big fan of corn bread to begin with said it was better than normal corn bread and although he didn't like it (I think its a texture thing) he liked it more than normal stuff

  14. While I would stay away from that myself...without even knowing it was like 1150 calories...I'd say if you still want it, you better run a marathon afterwards!
  15. Em, I do it on a treadmill, if that is an option for you... The impact is a little less than running on pavement or ground in general. Sorry I can't help you with the boob issue, just get a good sports bra...some people even double up
