  4. welcome to BCB and to WW! I've been on and off of w.w's for about a year, and just recently recommiting myself to go all the way this time. This is a great place for support, advice, motivation, and even a good kick when needed. I'm 23 also...and have over a 100lbs to lose...its tough being young and so overweight...but it seems that being young and doing this is the actually gonna work in our favor. Good Luck!
  5. Here's a yummy recipe I got off of www.aimeesadventures.com Everyone around here loved them! Chocolate Brownie Crinkles 1 Package Betty Crocker Low Fat Brownie Mix 1/4 Cup Water 1/4 Cup Egg Substitute Powdered Sugar Butter Flavored Cooking Spray Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients just until blended. If the dough is too soft, place in the refrigerator until it stiffens up a bit. Use 1 level Tablespoon (measurement) and shape into balls. Roll into powdered sugar. Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray and bake for 11-13 minutes. Remove promptly to racks to cool. 8. you look great!!! The dress looks awesome!!! And ur little ones are so adorable!
  9. I have heard some ppl on here talk about whole wheat pasta. I believe that's what they call it. I was wondering where you can get it at. Does Walmart carry it? I havn't been able to find it in the town I live in (we don't have hardly anything here). And have any of you tried it? Does it taste like regular pasta? What about the points. Last night I tried to fix spaghetti...and the noodles were like 4pts for 2 oz. That was not very much at all!!! So I thought maybe the whole wheat pasta would be less in points.
  10. I tried these the other day, and they were very good. I did replace the milk with ff buttermilk. They were easy to make!! Definitly a keeper!
  11. I tried this tonight..and it was yummy!!! I am always a little skeptical when trying new things but this was great. I'm gonna have to pass this recipe around to all my friends. I have two picky little nieces that usually won't try anything new..but I got them to try it and they loved it too. This is a hit!!!!
