  1. I LOVE FIBER ONE YOGOURT!! My favorite way to use it is in a smoothie. Here's what I do----------------- 1 Fiber One Yogourt ( Peach is my favorite ) 1 Peach 2-3 tbls of milk Blend together. This makes a thick smoothie and it is sooooo good. I count it as 2 points even tho the yogourt is NOW 0 pts. Its great with strawberries and strawberry or vanilla yogourt too.
  2. If the point finder is really close to the line or on it, I always count the higher pt.
  3. These make the best little Pizzas!
  4. In so much of the weight watcher materials they call for one cup of this or that. For instance...... 1 cup of whole wheat pasta is 3 points. I have always weighed my food. A serving of whole wheat pasta is 2 ounces. I get close to 1 1/2 cups of it. I still count it as 3 pts. What does everyone else do?
  5. That just goes to show that a few basic changes CAN make a big difference. People automatically think they can no longer have the goodies if they are trying to lose weight. Great job on the weight loss to you and your hubby!
  6. Personally, I coouldn't live without Carbs and chocolate! On WW, you can et anything you want as long as you stay in your point range. ( and certainly try to get in your healthy 8's ) I eat some sort of carbs every single nite. Either pasta or potato or such. I also keep a bag of the minuature hershey bars in the freezer. If I have one of them at nite it satifsies my chocolate urge. And there is always the fat free chocolate puddings and stuff like that.
  7. Hmmmm, alll I do is chopped up the apples, add a touch of water and cook on the stove or microwave. Stir occasionally. The longer you cook them the smoother they get. I like mine chunky. I add splenda and cinnamon to taste just before they get the consistency that I want. I make a dish of applesauce a lot in the evening--using just one apple for a single serving size.
  8. These flatbreads are so good!!!!! They make great egg sandwiches. Last nite, I made little pizzas!!!. Awsome
  9. This is sooooo good! I make it with 2 egg whites for a single serving size. The tomatoes really make the dish. I added onions, peppers and mushrooms too. Adding 2 slices of light bread gives me a 2 pt breakfast. ( I only use a pinch of FF cheese ) Peggy
  10. I use Fat Free Cream of Chicken soup. One can of soup and about 1/2-3/4 cups of water depending on how thin you want it. And to make it even better--use chicken broth instead of water. The whole can of soup is 3 pts.
  11. I finally got around to trying this. It's FANTASTIC!!! I had to improvise a bit. I used regular pumpkin instead of the puree. I also used Vanilla syrup and added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Plus I added a pkg of splenda. And, I used regular light bread. I cut the recipe in half and it came out great topped with a bit of cool whip. Definetly a KEEPER! Peggy
  12. Congrats on the weight loss! Isn't it exciting to be in contol! keep up the good work. Don't get upset if some weeks the weight loss slows down--just keep on the right path. Peggy
  13. Anybody know what the ounces wwould be instead of the gr? I love the blueberry bread pudding and the pumpkin sounds great. Also, I don't ahove the pumpkin syrup so thought I would use the vanilla and add some spices.
  14. I love it!!!!! ITS SO MUCH EASIER THAN HAULING OUT THE BIG FOOD SEALER THING. I USE IT FOR MEATS, CASSEROLES AND EVEN SOUPS.
  15. FIBER!!! Lots and lots of fiber!! I try not to eat any snacks ( like the 2 pt bags ) unless they contain at least 3-5 grs. of fiber. That goes for cereals too! What goes in---must come out!!!!
