  1. Okay so I have a boneless beef chuck roast that is equivlaent to a large 2 in cut steak. All I can find is Pot Roast recipes but I don't want pot roast. Any one have any ideas? Thanks,

  4. Okay so I read about this in the Target ad last weekend and got to try it this past weekend on a trip. This was the best diet soda I have ever had. It was sinful with no calories.
  5. Yep that's right. The muffins rise just like normal.
  6. Okay I tried the first muffin recipe you posted and the tops were good but the rest of the muffin was to mushy for me. I don't know if they needed to cook longer or what but I didn't want them to burn so I took them out. I will try the second recipe the next time I have more ripe bananas. **Okay so I discovered on Valentine's Day why the muffins didn't seem like they cooked long enough. My oven wasn't properly working. I put a whole chicken in the oven and after an hour went to see how it was coming along and it was still raw and looked just like it did when I put it in the oven. I have a gas stove and somehow the line was kinked. So I will try these again this weekend.

  8. I made these two nights ago for my 2 year old and I to have while husband was out. These were great. My daughter loved them.
  9. Are they high or low in points? Is it something you make or something in a box? I am having issues with side dishes for dinner. I always seem to end up with high point sides that I really don't want to eat. Some of them are sides that were here before I started back to ww in October that I don't feel I can just throw away. Can anyone give any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.
  10. I think everyone's comments are great. When I first joined this site I had decided to start WW again. But I had no desire no drive nothing. I just wanted the weight to be gone. I did the first week and weighed in and lost 5 pounds and when I saw what I did in one week I finally had what someone in a previous post called an aha! moment. I realized I could do this and needed to do this for myself and my family. I am at high risk for diabetes because of my history and my families medical history so I want to prolong it or even break the cycle if that's possible and I want my daughter to see you can eat healthy and still eat good food without having to always eat junk.
  11. Does anyone know the nutritional information for the boboli crust? I bought a different crust because they don't sell that crust here yet and wanted to compare the nutritional info.
  12. Where did everyone find the light alfredo sauce? What brand was it? Also where did you find the boboli crust?
  13. I am making this recipe http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=137014 tomorrow for dinner and can't figure out how many points it would be if I used boneless skinless chicken breast instead of pork chops. I am making it to serve 5 instead of 4. Thanks.
  14. If you make this with chicken how many points would it be? I put this into Mastercook and got 6 points per serving was I doing something wrong?
