  1. Hi. I hope I am posting in the right place. I have been MIA for quite some time and was wondering if the recipes in the Recipe forum that are from several years ago can still be used with the same point values. These recipes have been some of our favorites in the household and even when we lost our way we continued to use them. Just wondering if I can still use the point values listed with the recipes? Thanks so much!
  2. Hello Everyone! I have been away for a long time and last night I re-committed to me by re-committing to WW. I am excited about my journey. Thanks.
  3. I have the QVC cook's essential one and it is fantastic. It cost between $100-$150.
  4. This sounds amazing! I am almost afraid to make it.
  5. I make the diet coke cake all of the time and I use a 12 muffin pan for 3 points each. If you used a 24 count mini muffin pan, you would get them as low as 1.5 points each. Hope this helps.
  6. I think this sounds like a really great meal for only 5 points. Thanks for the info.
  7. The best thing I have done to get rid of the extra fluid is to drink tons of "LOC" (lemon, orange and cucumber) water. Slice these three items into a pitcher of water and drink, drink, drink. Make sure bathrooms are close by. I would also recommend using the whole pitcher in one day. It doesn't seem to taste as good in my opinion if it has sat for more than a day. It does have a very nice taste also.
  8. Congratulations! You look fantastic. Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration.
  9. Love the basket ideas. Thank you so much.
  10. This may or may not be helpful to some but for my DH and I it has been a lifesaver. I have a large bowl that I keep on the counter and it is filled with 1 point snacks so that we know anytime we take something from that point, we are only using 1 point. We have ours filled with 1 pt weight watcher bars, mini popcorn bags, and pre-measured, pre-filled snack size zip lock bags with chips, pretzels, etc. that measure out to one point per bag. My brother in law and his wife were just in town for a visit and they have been doing WW and they kept commenting on how helpful this was for them as well. Hope this helps. Thank you all for your continued support.
  11. I have been making this recipe every week since finding it. I usually use chicken leg quarters and do my own seasoning thing. Usually a squirt of Pam and some celery salt and rosemary. Delicious and the leftovers are even better.
  12. Can't wait to make this over the weekend. I appreciate the post.
  13. When I calculate using my WW slider, 1/2 cup preparedpudding comes out to 1 point based on the nutrition information on my box. I use 1/2 cup prepared pudding with 1/2 package of the crushed oreo thins which is another point for a 2pt treat. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
  14. I had originally posted this under St. Patrick's Day ideas but decided to try it on my family this week as our weekly dessert. They said it was their favorite so far. 1 box yellow cake mix 1 box sf pistachio pudding mix 1 can diet sierra mist soda 1/2 - 1 tsp almond extract Makes 12 (3 point) servings Mix all ingredients together, just ingredients listed and either bake in a 13 x 9 (sprayed with Pam) cake pan or, I prefer to use a 12 cup muffin tin as it measures the portions for me that way. Bake at 375 until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with a dollop of ff cool whip and enjoy.
  15. Sorry, I forgot to mention also that in the original recipe, we added 1/2 tsp or so of almond extract and that could also be added here at no additional points.
