  1. How many meetings can you miss a month? I am trying to figure out a way to remain on WW and the meetings but I just cannot afford even the 40.00 a month and I have cut everywhere. I was hoping if I could even go to 2 mtgs a month or something like that?
  2. I rejoined today and I bought the basic kit they were running a special on it until 1/1 and also bought the calculator which is 5.95 until March I think. The other kit was not available it was on back order so total I spent including the 14.00 fee for the meeting was 34.90. We are really struggling for money but I really need to make me a priority and to do that I must do this! Good luck!
  3. Hi Fems, Feeling better sort of..I have never been sick so many times in my life. Now strep? sighs..I cannot wait for the blood work to come back to see what is up. Soy milk is good! I have no idea what it is in the milk but until I get the meds out of my system I cannot go to the allergist. It is actually really making me think about what goes in my mouth.   6. Good Morning Fems, Today will be day one of wk4 c25k. I am kind of excited. I have really never finished anything I set out to do so to know that I am half way to a 5k ..running it..feels good. The eating issue..not so good bleh! Today is a new day. I have to go get a mamm this morning and some other things so I am going to start of the RIGHT way. What is everyones plan today? Kim: Thanks for the kicks lord knows I need them! Your attitude is great and is rubbing off on me hopefully! Adele: How do you like the c25k?   7. Hi guys, I posted this this morning and didn't realise there was another thread started at the same time so here is what I said: Hi Girls, Yes another month closer to England whooooooo! I did my final work out of week 3 yesterday. YAY. BUT I ended up eating too many brownies and tooo much pasta at night WTH!!! so back to the drawing board..Plan Pack and Point lol. This week should be ok it is my 40th this week and I am ready to dump the 30s nothing but grief I tell ya. Whats everyones plan for the week? Oh my playlist..I dont have my ipod but I can tell some off of the top of my head The Best of Me -Morning wood I want it all -Queen Stronger -Britney Hey, Soul Sister -Train The world Revolves Around me - I forgot lol Roll with the Changes -Reo Speedwagon Meet me halfway -blackeyed peas Time for me to fly -Reo Speedwagon Lose yourself -eminem there are tons more but thats just on the top of my head... ok so..personals!   9. Hi Fems, Well I am down .6 I will take it since it wasns't the best week eating wise. I am convinced I would not have lost anything if it was not for exercising. Not sure how I feel about the new meeting place but I am glad I went. I am on week 3 day 2 of c25k and I really like it! Quinny: I am glad your ankle is a bit better. I have yoga on the wii. I have not had the veggie chili can you share the receipe?? Adele: How is the nonsmoking coming?? Isn't it amazing how you can tell such a difference in your tastes and smells?? I am so very proud of you! Rebecca: I am going through some of my own personal stuff it is great that you can still concentrate on yourself that is very important! Kim: It is freakin cold so I am training for my first 5k indoors. That is wonderful that you are training too go you! Melissa: How are you doing?? How is the exercise going..dancing and all??   10. Hi Fems, I am here! I am here!! I am on week 3 of c25k and I am loving it..who knew. My eating has not been the greatest. I have not been to a meeting on the same day since I started and it is taking its toll. Since my work schedule is nuts I have figured out that I am good for Saturday morning meetings and then can go in to work. I have to make it happen so there ya go. I am sorry about no personals but I just scrolled down to check in before work. It is FREEZING here! brrr.. off to work hope everyone is well

  12. Fems! For some reason I could not log in how frustrating!! Things have been going okay here. My girlfriend at work and I were talking and decided to tweat the diet a bit. For a week we are not going to use the extra 35 points, we are going to have only one good carb two if we decided oatmeal for breakfast and snacks are going to be 1-0 pt things. We printed out some 0pt soups as well. We both need a kick start. I feel since I have not gone to one steady meeting in 3 weeks because of work I don't have a specific weigh in day and although I am doing okay I could be doing better with it. I am still holding strong to the new epiphany! My knee is bugging me a bit I am going to attempt week 3 of c25k if it still is bothering me I will take a new approach. Kim: wtg on the loss! How are you when a storm comes? When stuck in the house like that I always graze lol keep busy! Quinny- Awesome job on the 3lb loss especially with the injured ankle!!! Melissa- I saw on fb your loss! you are on fire!! How are the dance classes goin?? Adele- I am so proud of you it is so so hard to quit smoking. It has been about 5 years for me and I occasionally still want one when I am drinking! That is such an accomplishment and to do it when you are doing weight watchers is great!! don't stop! Lea- yep I am going in March to Europe. I am scared to death since I really dont travel but can hardly wait at the same time!!! Rebecca- how are you doing?? sorry if I missed anyone! I have the weekend off and the sun is shining yay! I don't care how cold it is I need OUT!! have a great one girls
  13. Hi Fems! Sorry I haven't posted I have been crazy busy. I know, no excuse. I have been doing good with eating and working out. At WI I was up a pound last week but I think it is because I WI at night. I don't care what the scale says I know I am doing it right. (Wow now that is an epiphany!) Quinny: I am sooo sorry to hear of your ankle! That is so frustrating. How about some floor exercises or some floor yoga? Lea: OMG I would scream! Maybe with all the working out you are not eating enough? Step away from the beverage..step away girl. Melissa: I am so proud of you!! I wish I knew how to make my own list. I don't mean to sound old, ok maybe I am, but the music is really vulgar that I downloaded I am running and just about died omg!! I can't seem to find a happy medium. I am also on week 2 of c25k day two. I really like it. I had another epiphany want to hear it? I am not so bad looking! And really not as big as I seem to think. Here I am wasting all this time worrying about going to europe and being this hot mess and not fitting into seats ect instead of focusing on OMG I AM GOING! so what..I am working on it and if people want to stare that is their issue and if the airplane seat is snug? Hello they have extensions for a reason. pft.. well time to go I thought I would share with you. Have a great op girls.
