  1. I'mmmm baaaaack! I remembered that I used to love being on here when I was trying to eat healthier. So much support here! Looking forward to making some new friends and getting and giving some support!

  2. This is one of our favorites! Can be made lower in points with brown rice and spray butter, but we didn't like it as well. Ran this thru the recipe builder. Chipotle Lime Rice 3 Cups cooked Minute rice 2 Tbsp salted butter 1/4 Cup chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp fresh squeeze lime juice While the rice is still hot, add the butter and let it melt. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Serves 4~5 points a serving. Can be made lower in points with brown rice and spray butter, but we didn't like it as well.
  3. Made this for hubby last night. He LOVED them. He made his into taco's. I ate mine on top of some cilantro lime rice. My whole dinner was 9 points! Chipotle Lime Grilled Shrimp 1 chipotle chili in adobo; chopped 1 TBS olive oil 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 lime (juice and zest) 2 tablespoons cilantro; chopped 1 pound shrimp; peeled and deveined Directions: 1. Mix the chipotle, olive oil, cumin, brown sugar, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl and and let marinate for 20 minutes. 2. Skewer the shrimp. 3. Oil up the grill and grill the shrimp until cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. I felt the same way when they first changed it. Then the other day I said, "I'm going to give it a try!" I guess I was just ready. I thought about going to the WW meetings again, but didn't really enjoy them. They used to have them at the place I worked, and I could go at lunchtime. Now I'm a stay at home mom, and decided to do the online version. The new program is a little harder, I agree. I'm taking it a day at a time. The online/mobile additions are SO COOL!!! I've really enjoyed it. I've also found a TON more recipes on the WW website and here then before. I'm really actually enjoying it. I agree with Hannah, whichever you choose to do, JUST DO IT!!! I'm on day 4 and have already lost 3 lbs...THAT'S the encouragement I need!!! Jump in and do it!!! We're there for you all the way!!!!!
  5. Yummy! I made it for Sunday Dinner tomorrow in my crockpot. I had to steal a taste! It's delish....another keeper!
  6. I made this for supper tonight. It was AWESOME! I got 3.5 points per patty using the 96/4 ground beef. Then I made instant potatoes with water and chicken broth and I had a patty, potatoes, a little gravy and green beans. The whole thing was like 4.5 points. It was awesome! I almost felt guilty eating it and felt like I must of figured it wrong, but I used my points calculator/slider and these were the numbers. This recipe is a keeper!
  7. This is on my menu this week. I already have the chicken cooked and shredded and can't wait for the night we have them. DH LOVES enchiladas!
  8. I made this for supper last night and it was delish! I made mine with the cheese brocolli soup (98% ff). Hubby LOVED it too and he hates brocolli! It's a keeper!
  9. My friend has one and I'm soooooooooo jealous! I LOVE it! She can make anything...even completely frozen from the freezer. We've had pork chops, steak and chicken in it and she's done a Thanksgiving turkey in it too. It's awesome! I want one sooooooooooooo bad!
  10. My question is in figuring the points. My cake mix came out to a total of 50 points. How do I figure my pumpkin? because I got 0 points per serving-but there are 3.5 servings in the can. Isn't there a rule that something doesn't stay 0 points (depending on the serving)? I'm confused. These are the stats I have: Pumpkin: 40 calories/.5 g fat/ 5 fiber -per serving. There are 3.5 servings in a 15 oz. can. Brownie Mix: 120 cal/2.5 g fat/ 0 fiber - per serving. There are 20 servings in a box. I'm also making mini muffins out of mine (24). I have the first batch in and I have at least another whole pan to go. A total of 48-50 mini muffins. How would you figure this? Brownie Muffins (3 pt dessert) 1 Devils Food Cake Mix 1 (15oz) can pumpkin Mix together..., will be extremely thick, do NOT add water. Divide up into 12 regular cupcake tins or papers and bake at 400 for 20 minutes

  13. Soup was really, really spicy. DH went crazy over it. Next time I'll take some out and then add more spices to it. It was awesome! Thought I'd cut up Velveeta light in it to mask it for another nights supper.
