  1. I made the magic pudding dessert (found in the recipes here) tonight with FF/SF vanilla pudding (using 2 cups of 0.5% milk), 6 oz ultra low fat cool whip, 20 saltine crackers, and 1 1/2 cups of sliced strawberries. It has to set for a while...Hopefully it will turn out fine. Can anyone tell me the points for the entire dish? I am thinking I can cut this into 9 pieces... Thanks!

  3. Tried these this weekend! YUM!
  4. I tried this last night! Yum! I really enjoyed it! Lind of reminded me of honey garlic ribs (but made of chicken! LOL) Honey Fried Drumsticks 3 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder 3 Tablespoons Honey 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce 10 Chicken Drumsticks without skin Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the rice crispy cereal into a medium bowl and crush slightly with your hands. Stir in the garlic powder and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the honey and teriyaki sauce, set aside. Place the drumsticks into the honey mixture and toss to coat. Place a sheet a foil (dull side up) onto a baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place 1 drumstick at a time into the cereal mixture and place a thick coating of cereal onto it. Place each drumstick onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle any leftover honey mixture evenly over the drumsticks and then place any leftover cereal on top. Bake until the chicken is done and the coating is golden brown. 5. I made this in a baking dish in the oven and it turned out great! Yum! I didn't use green pepper (don't prefer it!) and I added garlic! Charmaine Crockpot Corn, Ham and Potato Scallop (6 Points) 6 cups peeled baking potatoes -- cut in 1" cubes 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham 1 15.25oz. can Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn -- drained 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 2 teaspoons instant minced onion 1 10 3/4oz.can condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour In 3 1/2 to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker, combine potatoes, ham, corn, bell pepper and onion; mix well. In small bowl, combine soup, milk and flour; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture; stir gently to mix. Cover; cook on low setting for 7-9 hours or until potatoes are tender. Info: Potatoes cook more quickly when cut into small pieces; cubed potatoes will cook faster than quartered potatoes. The 1-inch chunks of potato in our recipe work well as they do not get too soft during the long cooking time. Also, leftover cooked roast beef or turkey can be used in place of the ham. 6(1 1/2-cup)servings. 6. thanks for the help and suggestions everyone! I have tried this past week to throw in some 30 sec jogging spurts on the treadmill when I do my 15 minute walk. So far so good. I will work up from that! Charmaine
  7. OK, I would love to start jogging. But I am wondering about a few things....please be honest with me! 1. I am pretty CHESTY! Am I still going to be able to do it without knocking myself out?? LOL 2. I am about 85 pounds overweight, chesty, and 5'5". Is it do-able at this size? or should I wait till I get smaller?? 3. How the he** do I get started? I have been going to the gym 5xa week for 3 weeks now. I walk 15 min at 3 mph, 7 min on the elliptical at about 2.5-3.5 mph, and 3x on the circuit. I would love to jog - I am envious when i see people do it and look so relaxed. I have wanted to try this for a long time. I am serious about my weight loss and think this would be a good time to persue this dream. Any help would be appreciated!
