  1. I would like to try this again but as I mentioned in a previous post, when I made this, it really failed. The peaches sank to the bottom and only the top inch was cooked. Could someone give me some advice on how to do this. I love peaches and I think this would fill the bill. Help!!!
  2. Sometimes I think I must be missing the cooking gene ! I made this last night and it bombed! It cooked on top but all the peaches went to the bottom (I made it in a 9 x 13 pan) When I cut it, it seemed like it was raw on the bottom even though the top inch was cooked. Anyway--any ideas what I did wrong? Opus99

  4. I haven't seen that variation. Could you clarify again how much cocoa you use? I have made the one with angel food cake and pumpkin and really enjoyed it. I always measure recipes by how willing I am to serve them to company and I would definitely serve the pumpkin cake. Opus99
  5. Your dinner sounds wonderful! Two questions--kind of off topic. Where do you find the Crockettes? I haven't seen one in a long time. What kind of dessert can you make in it? Frankly--I wouldn't mind duplicating your exact dinner. I think it would be a big hit.
  6. I made this a few days ago and it's great. Large serving (which I love) and it keeps well in the fridge allowing me to have it over several days. I'll make this one again. Opus99

  9. I tried this yesterday for the first time and thought it had a wonderful flavor. The only problem I had was that the chicken was really dry (I had actually put it in the crockpot frozen). I have the same problem when I made the Chicken Stroganoff recipe with Cream of Mushroom soup. My crockpot is set on low and it does cook until I come home which is easily 8 hours. Any ideas about how to keep the chicken moist? Opus99
  10. I used the 2 one pound packages of frozen vegetables and did not puree them. I suspect that may account for the increased volume of mine. opus99
  11. When I made this I easily had ten cups. That would perhaps account for the difference in points. opus99

  13. Does anyone have a really good salad dressing recipe? I've tried several fat-free recipes on the market and think they're awful. I think I would eat more salads if I could find one I really liked. Thanks for any help you could offer! Opus
