  1. I made this over the weekend and it was awesome. Spicy! Highly Recommended!
  2. Made this last night...delicious! The crust was runny until it cooled. Once it cooled, the crust turned into the cornmealy crust I expected. Will be making again and again! Not a quick dinner to make, but worth the effort. OH! And I saved a little of the tamale mixture in the frying pan, added some water, and simmered a couple minutes to make a very yummy soup that was a great snack as the pie baked in the oven.

  5. I love the plain puffed wheat kashi. When I first tried core, it was too bland for me and I ate the kashi honey puffs instead. Now the plain puffs taste perfect with fruit and FF milk.

  8. Those are great! A good way to save money on all the paper and embellishments, too. I am also wondering what program you use...photoshop would certainly work, but is there a special scrapbooking program out there? P.S. My favorites are luck and bathtime.
  9. I wouldn't say it's defeating the purpose, but you will get more nutrients by eating a greater variety of fruits or vegetables. Plus, the whole fruits/veggies have fiber and help you stay fuller longer. At the end of the day, if you don't have your fruits and veggies covered, maybe some zero point veggies would be good to snack with some salsa or low-cal dressing. Then you could use those points you're spending on the OJ for something else!

  13. I love cutting up a fish taco and combining it with shredded spinach for a nice filling salad. The fish taco alone doesn't fill me up, but with the spinach it feels like a meal.
  14. Steph - you look great. Your waist has shrunk soooooo much. What beautiful progress you have made! I am behind you 100% and I know you're going to reach goal in 2007!
