  1. That would be awesome if Little Debbie came out with something. They're so much less expensive than everyone else!
  2. I heard so much about these at my last meeting, I just had to try them. I bought the Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting And Cream Filled Mini Cupcake Packs. You get six in a box, and I paid $2.50 for the box. They're 2 points per pack. You get 3 mini cupcakes in a package. They're sweet and gooey inside, and really curb the sweet tooth. I thought that three is nothing, but they're so sweet you wouldn't want anymore. I think the price is right, considering you get six WW cakes in a box for more money. I love the fact that they're cream filled. The spices were just right and tasted just like carrot cake. They have chocolate cream filled, and vanilla cream filled. I'm a carrot cake freak, so I opted for this choice. I will definitely be trying the others soon. I think that one of them, I'm not sure which, is only 1 point per pack. All in all, I think they're worth it, and it's a nice change for my daily treat. Who doesn't love Hostess Cupcakes?
  3. I made this today. I doubled the recipe, and added too much garlic powder, so it tasted like a garlicy ranch.. it was so good! Next time I make it, I'll add less garlic powder, but boy oh boy, is this dressing like the "real" thing!!!
  4. Most definitely, but I"m cheap, and shop at aldi's! LOL
  5. I had a hard time finding this recipe in the threads, I think it's old, but I gave it a try yesterday, and my family went nuts for it! 1 Box White or Yellow Cake Mix 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree 1/2 cup water 2 egg whites slightly beaten 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground cloves Mix all ingredients and put in sprayed 9X13 pan. Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until center springs back when touched. 12 slices is 3 points each slice I haven't tried it with cool whip, because it's soooo moist, but with fat free cool whip on top, I take it up one point per slice. I add the egg whites, because that helps keep it from crumbling. This gets nice and high like a regular cake, so it's definitely a keeper!
  6. I put this through Mastercook, and it came out to just over 2 points. So, I would definitely count it as 2.

I don't know if they have a Tops or Wegman's in your area, but they sell it!
  8. It's only a special purchase at Aldi's at this time. I didn't care much for the diet Dr. Pepper either.. I don't know. I can't figure it out, since Dr. P is my favorite diet soda of all time! The rootbeer was great, and the orange tasted like it was actually a little carbonated! Nancy
  9. You can find tilapia filets at Aldi's also, for $3.99 a bag. It comes with about 5 or 6 filets, and they're about 95 calories per. I've been eating them for about 2 years now, and NEVER had a bone in them. I like to do them on the grill with some old bay seasoning in foil, and cook an onion on the grill along side the filet! It equals to about 3 points! YUMMO Nancy
  10. I love the additions you made! I'll try it next time with the tomatoes.. but hubby and I can't do the spicy! Thank you ! Nancy
  11. I made this one up, and it was delish! Makes a single serving 2 oz dry whole wheat shell pasta cooked & drained 3 pts 1 cup chopped zucchini 0 pts 1 tsp chopped garlic 0 pts 2 tsp olive oil( I use 2 tsps to get my healthy oil in for the day) 2 pts 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 1 pt Spray small saucepan with cooking spray, and sautee zucchini & garlic until zucchini is soft. Add rest of ingredients and heat. Add pepper to taste. This is 6 points, but you can lower it to 5 by using only 1 tsp oil. It makes a nice size side dish! I figured that this would probably taste great with shrimp for a nice meal in one! Maybe even cut up cooked chicken breast would go great with this!
  12. Oh Sharon that sounds so good! Thanks! Nancy
  13. I love this! They have improved it from a couple of years ago. It use to be just barely tolerable. It does melt, I tried making a grilled tuna melt today with it though, and it didn't do too well in that aspect. I had to break out the pam to keep it from sticking. But, it does lend a nice flavor to a 1 point tortilla! I'll have to try it on some toast tomorrow morning! Nancy
  14. I figured I'd try the tortillas today, since I got a $5 gift card from my supermarket. I was not disappointed after hearing all the raves at my last meeting. I got the multi grain low carb HUGE tortilla. It comes out to 1 point per. I put some fat free margarine for just 5 calories per tablespoon, wrapped that up and had some grapes, and had a nice yummy low point snack today. I'm usually just munching on fruit, or veggies, so this was a nice change from the ordinary. I can imagine the neat things I'll be able to create with these huge tortillas! The only drawback to these, is that its $4.29 for just 8. I'd probably only buy these once in a blue moon. Nancy
  15. This was soooo good! DH loved it more than me! I had to make it two nights in a row. I'll definitely be knowing this one by heart from now on! Thanks! BUMP
