    Turbo Jam

    I started Turbo Jam/Kick over a year ago. I have never done the videos, I just do it at the gym. The videos are similar to it being live at the gym, although there are some different moves. I became a certified instructor in Jan. It is addicting! I have lost the majority of my weight from Turbo and of course lifting weights. I wear a heart rate monitor and can burn 500-600 calories in 45 mins of class! It's an awesome workout and you lose weight at the same time! I went from a size 18 to a 6!   2. I do the Turbo Kick at the gym's. This is the one's the gyms promote, while Turbo Jam is for consumers. I have lost over 60lbs doing Turbo and WW. It works! I just got certified to teach. So I encourage you to try the home version and if you like it, try it at a gym, it's a blast!
  3. I had hit a plateau and so I started to eat all my AP's and the weight seemed to start to fall off again. My weight has not really budged again, but the inches keep coming off, so I'm please for now. SW:195 CW:153 GW:145 From a size 17 to a 9.

    help major bloating

    Have you ever tried adding lemon to your water? I read somewhere how this may help. Also how much salt are you taking it? When I was going through the bulge for a while, I would take a stroll after eating. Just 5-10 mins. Even if I exercised. My dogs enjoyed it and so did my body! Good luck..   9. Boy I like listening to Jennifer! You give great, easy to understand advice. I am so like you, I can only do 30-45 mins of strength training. I increase my weight and do less reps toward the end like you mentioned. I hit a plateau for a month or two. Now I have lost 10lbs since August, but my inches has been so much more. My arms look so defined now. Excited about that. I carry most of my weight in my thighs and booty, so working on that now! I alternate days, one day upper and then lower. Love that!   11. Keep up the good work! I graduated from nursing school 2 yrs ago and when I was in nursing school is when I put on all my weight!   14. How do you calculate points when you are eating good fats like.. Extra virgin olive oil Sunflower seeds Peanut butter Avocados? I know if you use the slider those can add up and since WW does not distinguish, how can I understand this? Please help! Kacy HW:201 SW:195 CW:157 GW:145:crazy:
