  1. I have been looking for a recipe that I remember seeing here, it was a sausage pumpkin soup/chower. Ring a bell anyone?
  2. I love the spray dressings, has anyone thought of a way to create a homemade version to refill the bottles with?
  3. I am loving the "spray dressings", the 1-2 calorie a spritz types. I wonder if anyone has come up with a homemade version to refill the bottle with?
  4. If you have to have chocolate, try Cocovia bars. They are made by the same folks that make dove bars. They are two points, full of vitamins and antioxidants, and are truly delicious. Deep rich dark chocolate for only two points!!!!
  5. I find the stevia at our local natural food stores. You can even get little packets to keep in your purse for ice tea. One thing, pay the extra money for the white kind. The green kind is cheaper, but bitter and I think it's icky. Also...you gotta' trust me on this one- DO NOT get the stevia with fiber! Sounds like a good deal, no calorie sweetening and added fiber to boot, but oh my gosh I couldn't even stand to be with myself! My husband even threatened to move out, I was so horrifying.
  6. Stevia is a natural sweetner with no calories. It's made from plant. I like making Kool-aid with stevia as the sweetener.
  7. Have you tried stevia? It is a sweet herb, you can purchase it in powder form from health food stores. Pay the extra for the white kind, the green kind is bitter.
  8. I love the mashed cauliflower, but I have also used 1/2 potato and 1/2 cauliflower. Stretches those points a bit!
  9. I can vouch for this one! We made the bean-brownies and took them to work and everybody raved! Everybody was shocked when we let out the secret, try this one and you will be oh-so-happy.
