  1. This person has remove the point value and nutritional information.
  2. Since the nutritional information provided is for the ENTIRE recipe, I count it as one point per cup. I don't know about how momentum points calculation though. susana
  3. Your weight loss will depend on the amount of calories ingested vs. the amount of calories you're burning while working out. It's very hard to determine how much weight a person can lose without knowing what they're eating and how much they're exercising, and if you add to that equation the fact that some people lose weight faster than others... You should really join WW and stick to the plan, but I believe this is something you should do for yourself. It's very nice to get compliments on how weight we've lost and how great we look, but to me, that's just the icing on the cake. You have to be motivated by the fact that this is something you want to do for you and not someone else. Before I lost the extra pounds, I would be on a "diet" for a couple weeks then quit and go back to the old eating habits. It wasn't until I realized that WW is not a diet but a life style and that this is something I wanted to do for me and no one else that it actually worked. Best of luck! Susana

    can i ask?

What worked best for me to force myself to get to the gym and workout was having a friend working out with me. She would meet me at the gym at a certain time and we would work out. This approach worked for me because I just thought it would be so wrong to stand her up. You might to consider that idea. Best of luck and I truly hope you can get out of your funk. Susana

    GetFit

Has anyone here joined GetFit? If so, are the results really amazing? My brother and sister in law told me I should join because it's short workouts (about 20 mins per session) but very intense. Looking forward to feedback. Thanks, Susana
  8. Some people will tell you that switching from Flex to Core is a nice change in pace, you might want to consider that option. What keeps me going, is that I have a 10 yr old son that I want to be able to play with, ride bike with, see him grow, I have a husband I adore and want to spend many many years with, and I know none of the above is possible if I don't take care of my body (not just the outside). I want to be healthy to be able to enjoy the gifts life has given me. Don't give up, remind yourself why you started in the first place. And remember, WW is not a diet, it's a way of life. Best of luck and don't give up, you are worth the effort Susana
  9. It works if you work it!
  10. On the days that I don't exercise I break up my points like this: Breakfast 3 Lunch 5 Dinner 8 Snacks (mid morning & mid afternoon) 3 For a total of 19 daily When I exercise I have about 6 AP to play around which translates into a a bigger dinner and bigger snack before working out.
  11. Is oatbran something like oatmeal? Susana
  12. I love the taste of gummy flintstones, I just bought the sour ones too, will try them next week. By the way, 2 gummies = 10 calories
  13. I take 2 gummy flintstone vitamins, those are the only vitamins that won't make me sick
  14. I made these last night with salmon and it was really tasty, but instead of 4 patties I made 6 and according to my calculations it was 2 pts per patty. Susana
