  1. I liked the mango chicken with orzo and I also had the orange sesame chicken...very good.
  2. They are coming out with an Oats and Caramel...can't wait to try them.
  3. I loved this as well...and today I had the bbq mango chicken with orzo...very good.
  4. I use Smuckers Sugar Free...it is good and inexpensive
  5. I absolutely love these. I have fed them to people before and they never knew they were veggie.
  6. I use the flat out light bread for my crust...salsa for my sauce...and top with either turkey pepperoni or morningstar crumbles with a little taco seasoning mixed in and then I load it up with bell peppers, onions, jalapenos, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms and whatever else I have in the refrigerator...then top it off with some Kraft FF shredded cheese....this comes to 4-5 points for the whole thing and it is so yummy and filling.
  7. What low point items do you buy at Costco? I buy Laughing Cow cheese, boca burgers, morningstar sausage patties, Kashi cereal and oatmeal. I am sure I am missing some good stuff.
  8. Try it on a baked potato with some ff sour cream and ff cheese....yummy!

  10. Stove Top Meatloaf Muffins 1 pound extra lean ground beef 1 box stove top stuffing 1 cup water 2 egg whites Mix together all ingredients and separate into 12 sections. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray. Fill each muffin tin and cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Add some ketchup to the tops if desired. 1 muffin - 2 points These are so quick and easy and soooo good!
  11. I love it for pizzas! Also for that sweet tooth...spray it with some butter and sprinkle splenda and cinnamon on it and pop it in the oven at about 400 degrees for about 4 minutes - watch it closely.
  12. I bring a frozen dinner everyday to work. It is so convenient and I know exactly how many points I have had. I always keep small cans of green beans or corn in my desk drawer to have with them. SO swedish meatballs SO salisbury steak & mac n cheese SO meatloaf and mashed potatoes SO santa fe beans and rice SO chicken enchiladas SO macaroni and cheese SO potato with broccoli and cheese LC paninis LC brick oven pizzas LC sesame chicken LC egg roll and rice Boca chili Boca lasagna Morningstar corndogs Gardenburger riblets Kashi sweet and sour chicken Kashi southwest chicken and Green Giant now has individual servings of broccoli with cheese sauce and they are only 60 calories. these are great to add to any meal
  13. Smuckers sells a sugar free breakfast syrup that is very good. I found it at Super Walmart.

  15. Tuna Burgers - 4 points I took this recipe from Paula Dean and ran it thru the recipe builder. This is one of my favorite things to eat. I either eat them like a burger or just by themselves with some veggies. They are wonderful and very simple. The points value on this recipe includes the 1 pt bun so subtract that if you eat it alone. 12 oz StarKist Solid White Albacore Tuna in Spring Water 1/2 cup onion(s) 1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup Progresso Plain Breadcrumbs 1 egg white(s) 1 large egg(s) 1 Tbsp canned pimento 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp store-bought horseradish 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1/4 tsp black pepper 3 second spray PAM Cooking Spray 5 Wonder Light White Hamburger Bun(s) Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, and egg, and stir lightly. Add the onion, celery, pimento (if using), lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, and pepper, and mix again. Form the mixture into 5 patties. Heat the cooking spray in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties, covered, until golden brown. Carefully flip the patties and cook the other side for 5 minutes. Finish baking in the oven until golden brown.
