  1. I have a hamilton beach blender, which came with a storage case and several attachments including blender, chopper, whisk. I recently purchased a Bella Kitchen Rocket (like the bullet). It has both a blender attachment and a chopping attachment. It has six cups in two sizes, as well as different attachments for serving purposes. I find I am using this for everything and I love it. It is stainless and black and I can leave it on the counter because it matches and is fairly small.
  2. Hey Pam. Just wanted to check in with you. Hope all is going well. I have not been here in a while. I am not doing well in the weight loss category. In fact I have gained about 15 lbs. Yikes! My work schedule does not permit much exercise right now but the bad food choices are all me. I have spent some time reading here today trying to motivate myself. I am so much happier when I am in control. Anyway, did not mean to ramble. Just wanted to say hi.

  3. Great question. I have been shopping around for a digital one myself. I finally just went ahead and ordered the Escali scale earlier this week. I am so happy that someone else has one and is pleased with it. Mine should be hear early next week. BB: I have never seen a pocket-sized scale but that is really hardcore. Go you! Let us know if you find such a thing.
  4. I don't know about the color but to thicken mine I take out 1/2-1 cup of beans and smash them and then add them back into the pot.
  5. Walmart and Target both carry store brand 100 calorie packs. I have tried some of the Great Value cookies (Walmart) and they were okay. I am not a good judge because I do not eat these often but they are considerably cheaper.
  6. You get one large or two small for 1 pt. I don't think I have ever had what I consider a large one.
  7. Not just you! I love them. They are so easy to peel which makes me more likely to eat them than other oranges. I have not bought any yet but I intend to soon.
  8. Congrats! You have worked hard for it!!!!
  9. You look fabulous. Definitely look younger. The term HOTTIE does come to mind. Congrats and thanks for sharing.
  10. I have this set and love it. I bought it from Gaiam and I think I paid around $80 but it included more weight. If you have back problems and are having trouble with WATP, I would consider going out and buying some hand weights and building up your stamina first. You can always buy The FIRM later. I think the $50 price is pretty typical for this set. Also, make sure you follow proper form when doing exercises with weights. you can really hurt yourself if not. I also have back problems and I had to slowly ease into the Firm focusing on form at first. BTW, I also started with WATP and you can get a good workout from those, especially just carrying weights.
  11. There are tons of patterns and ideas at crochetpatterncentral.com. I am currently making some dishcloth angels to include in a gift basket for teachers. I recently bought some hooks with wooden handles. They helped me out as far as pain (I type for a living and have carpal tunnel). They are larger than a regular hook and it works well for me.
  12. http://www.weightwatchers.com/templates/Marketing/Marketing_Utool_1col.aspx?pageid=1118811 Hungry Girl posted this link this morning. Hope it helps.
  13. Way to Go Aimee! You can definitely see the changes. You are looking great.
  14. WooHoo!!!! You look great. Thank you for sharing your success with us.
  15. Wow! I checked out the site and it looks exciting. It will be like the Biggest Loser. How many days a week are you planning on? I will look forward to checking on your progress with Bootcamp. Good Luck!
