  1. Well I'm back, I started ww in 2006 and after 3 kids I have gained all my weight back. I'm tired cranky and no motivation. Really could use inspiration and support to get moving.
  2. The pudding sounds delicious, I am slow to discovering it and have fallen in love with it. lol
  3. I just started eating quinoa and I love the taste super easy to cook up in replacement of other grains I heard it is a healthier option for grains. I was wondering does anyone else eat this and what do you think or any recipes to use it in?
  4. I don't know why you are doing this, but maybe you are not eating enough during the day and are feeling deprived in the evening? This is what I have been told in the past, because I too have this problem from time to time it will come on suddenly and last a few days, but I am also a night eater in general.
  5. My story is alittle different, I am starting over again. I had my son last July and did really great getting the weight off I am now 22lbs less then I was when I got pregnant with him. Can't complain about that, but I am now back to eating terribly, not drinking enough water, lack of exercise. I can go on and on, I feel like I am in a rut and don't feel like doing anything. Could use alittle motivation and a kick in the butt.
  6. I am trying to think of meal ideas that are quick and easy and something a child would also love. Does anyone have any ideas?
  7. This is one of my favorite recipes and it is so easy and fast. 1 box coconut supreme cake mix 1 can crushed pineapple preheat oven to 350, spray muffin pans,mix together ingredients and pour into pan, bake according to directions on the box. 4 pts. per cup cake Hope You enjoy!!!
  8. I have been on and off ww for 2 years now and I have never been able to figure out how to calculate points for recipes. Can anyone tell me how? your help would be appreciated thanks

I can completly understand I am going through the same thing right now I did really good on ww in the past and then got pregnant and now I have a 7 month old baby and can not seem to get motivated to lose the weight I am hiding from something.   10. I just got my first food scale and am very excited about it. I was just wondering how everyone else feels about their's. Ive only played with it alittle bit but I think Im gonna love how accurate I will be with points now instead of just guessing.

Hi Everyone This summer i got way off track and i began to get back on track when school started but i was still iffy it could of gone eather way and then my husband went grocery shopping and all he bought was junk food so i have none of my food.He bought wonder bread, hot dogs, ice cream, velveta shells and cheese, soda pop. I cant offord to go to the store and by more grocerys so im stuck eating it but i have such a hard time staying on track with water eating right amounts and counting my points when this food is in the house any suggestions besides never letting him shop again..   12. Hello I have always wanted to run but when ever i make efforts to it just seems like no matter how hard i work at it or how ever long i cant get better (better meaning i can only run like a block and im tired) how do i improve and can successfully run. Any suggestions would be great thanx

  14. I made brownies with diet coke they taste just like regular brownies they were so good and the points value is the points of the dry mix of the brownie mix. I think it is about 2 points a brownie makes about 20 i think very very good.best thing i ever had.
  15. Just like the cake recipes you can use a can of diet coke just the brownie mix and a can of diet coke they taste amazing. no eggs no oil just coke i think it blows the other out of the water.
