  1. isn't there a way to mix ff sour cream with ff mayo to make a better tasting dressing? i'm wanting to try cp but am having probs thinking about ff mayo. i'd appreciate any suggestions you might have.

  4. tex-mex turkey meatloaf 2 c (8oz) grated reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese 1 c chunky salsa 1/4 c canned chopped green chiles 1 (15 oz can) black beans, rinsed and drained 1 lb fresh ground turkey breast cooking spray preheat to 375 combine all but meat in large bowl and stir well. crumble meat over bean mixture and stir just till blended. shape into 6 1/2 x 4 1/2 in loaf. place loaf in an 11 x 7 in baking dish coated with spray. bake at 375 for 55 minutes. let stand 5 min before slicing yield: 5 servings at 6 pts each source: ww magazine ------------------

  6. karen, thank you for this fabulous recipe. i have now made it several times and several different ways. today i made it with sugar free peach jello and fresh peaches. wow! life is good! sandra ------------------
  7. fit n sexy 2 t olive oil 2 medium red bell peppers cut into 1" pieces 4 medium onions sliced 2 c fat-free egg substitute 1 c skim milk 3 small sweet potatoes cooked peeled and diced 1 T minced fresh oregano 1/2 t black pepper preheat oven to 350 place large ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium high heat 30 seconds; add oil and heat 30 seconds more. add bell peppers and onions; cook stirring frequently about 5 minutes. in food processor or blender, combine egg substitute, milk and 1/4 of the sweet potatoes; blend until smooth. add oregano and black pepper. stir egg mixture and remaining sweet potatoes into vegetables. when egg mixture begins to set around the edges, transfer skillet to oven. bake about 25 minutes until egg mixture is set. cut into 4 wedges to serve. 4 servings from ww one-dish meals ------------------
  8. fit n sexy 3 c broccoli florets 1 medium red bell pepper diced 1 T minced pared fresh ginger root 2 t peanut oil 1 clove garlic minced 2 c cooked lean beef round strips 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce 1 T balsamic vinegar 1 T rice vinegar 2 t oriental sesame oil 2 medium scallions sliced in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat combine broccoli and 1/2 c water. cook, covered, 4 minutes until tender crisp. add pepper, ginger peanut oil, and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes. stir in beef, soy sauce, balsamic and rice vinegars and sesame oil;cook stirring frequently 4 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened. sprinkle with scallions. 4 servings from ww one-dish meals ------------------
