  1. Great ideas for the veggies. I am a big fan of doing the roasting...radishes, I'm curious:bcb_salut
  2. Lisam3 Just want to give you a moral booster...sounds like you are doing all the right things with exercise and CORE but only you can take that inventory. Stick to your guns, count all those off Core and it will come off. Let us know how you are feeling and doing:bcbkickbu:bcb_salut
  3. Hi, I'm new to CORE and have only been on it a week today...YEA! One of the beautiful things about Core is I can have a bowl full of cereal and fruit, feel good and satisfied without measurements. My hunger level and cravings are way down..they would normally be my demons. Best of luck to you:bcb_salut
  4. Thanks for my dinner plans.....I'm drewling already:bcb_grin:bcb_salut
  5. Goodmorning Chickadee's My name is Sharon and usually post on the 60plus site. I'm new to the CORE so I just wanted to let you know I am lurking:bcb_grin:bcb_salut
  6. This Post is powerful. So many times I sit back and expect change to magically happen. Definition of insanity = when you keep doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. Do the homework...make the gains:bcb_salut

  8. Geez...here I was thinking my 97% lean ham meat was a good thing:bcb_mad2
  9. Never having to deal with life and death of allergic reactions, I've always shopped according to value and brands, not to much about ingredience. Thanks for the eye opener.
  10. Good ideas as I am beginning CORE and bought some FF plain yogurt that I was wondering what to do with:bcb_salut
  11. Hi Everyone, I'm alittle disappointed in HungryGirl Cookbook, not sure why. Maybe, I expected a cookbook format. I love her website and the BITE IT. Such an eye opener for things to eat that are so popular.
  12. I'm in your shoes but moving like a turtle. Lately, I've been doing reading about CORE and thinking I may make the change from FLEX. How is your fiber intake? I actually say your WL is outstanding even if it is frustrating for you. Enjoy the journey:bcbkickbu
  13. The pancakes were ter.. rrific. Next time I'll try a pinch of salt.
  14. Pancakes sound like a wonderful Sunday breakfast. Thank-you for your post. Variety is essential to our success.
  15. CW... I HAVE READ MANY OF YOUR POSTS AND FIND THEM MOST INSPIRATIONAL. WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE EXPERIENCES, YOU SPEAK FROM THE HEART!
