  1. WOW!!! Laura, you look like a new person. What a transformation, motivator and inspiration you are!
  2. I would start taking your measurements. Sometimes the scale may not be moving, but you are getting smaller. Another suggestion would be to start eating your AP's. There are many people who will exercise quite a bit, but not see scale results until they up the amount of points they are consuming.
  3. Pumpkin Spice is my absolute favorite! Sooooo good. I usually try to save it though for a special treat because they don't make a sugar free syrup. It should start being available again in September or early October!
  4. They also have a cheese enchilada meal with beans and rice too. GREAT PRICE... $1.12 at Wal-Mart. A bunch of us girl over at the Goals & Countdown board have been eating them for lunch. Very tasty and filling...especially for the price.
  5. I have had a few of the WW yogurt flavors and liked them. I saw the cheesecake flavors the other day, but for some reason didn't buy them. Next grocery trip, they will definitely land in my cart!

  7. Thanks for sharing. I know that Outback isn't exactly the most healthy restaurant, but it's nice to seem them putting in an effort to educate their customers on healthy choices.
  8. I finally tried the half hazelnut/half vanilla latte. OMG...it was even better than a regular vanilla latte. Mmmm...I think I found my new drink of choice.
  9. I am not a big cucumber fan so I boil zucchini to make it a little soft and use that instead. Still great!
  10. I agree with Joanne! I noticed the nutritional changes a few months back. IMO, they are still decent for 6 points. I just make sure not to eat them before a WI!
  11. I am definitely going to make this recipe this weekend. According to Sparkrecipes.com - with 98% ff soup, reduced fat grands biscuits, 16 oz chicken and carrots, the recipe comes out to 5.6 points. 270.7 calories 8 grams of fat 2 grams of fiber

  14. I put the cupcakes in the fridge so that the frosting stays put on the cupcakes. I hate when the majority of the frosting stays on the wrapper!
  15. They are very good. My kids love them and since they are not all that fatty, I don't feel bad giving it to them.
