  1. Bonnie, we can tell the changes from the avatar pictures, but I had forgotten just how far you have come! I know Tom is so proud - and you should be, too! Jan T
  2. I made these today and they turned out wonderfully! Top with FF cool whip for a real treat. Apple Tart 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 to can) 2 Granny Smith apples (sliced thin then chopped) 1/2 C Splenda 1Tbsp Cornstarch 3/4 Tbsp ground cinnamon Preheat oven to 350*. Mix dry ingredients, add apples, stir to coat. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with Pam. Flatten each biscuit as if making a pizza. Spoon chopped apple mixture into center, pull edges up into a cup shape and place into a muffin cup. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown. 1 tart = 1.5 points \
  3. I'm trying these tonight for my DD (17) and me. DH teaches college classes at night so the two of us are on our own. I'm always looking for something quick and easy that she might like. I think I'll have carrots, grapes, and a salad to get some of my fruits and veggies in. Thanks! Jan
  4. Fantastic difference! I know you've gptten to buy a whole new wardrobe! Way to go!
