I made these today and they turned out wonderfully! Top with FF cool whip for a real treat.
1 can refrigerated Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 to can)
2 Granny Smith apples (sliced thin then chopped)
1/2 C Splenda
3/4 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix dry ingredients, add apples, stir to coat. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with Pam. Flatten each biscuit as if making a pizza. Spoon chopped apple mixture into center, pull edges up into a cup shape and place into a muffin cup. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
