WW history ?: I joined August 2005 and was on the flex program for 3 weeks. Lost interest and motivation. Now, I'm going to try Core. I need some support for sure! I've lost and gained weight, yo yo'd since 1991 after losing 100 pounds walking and eating a low-fat diet. I know I can lose but I have trouble staying motivated. I'm a diabetic now and I have to keep reminding myself of that!
  2. I got the dark chocolate and it is so good.....rich but good! I don't think I could eat half a jar at a sitting! Thank goodness for the richness! I'm going to definitely try the banana peanut butter sandwich! Thanks for the tips! I've been craving peanut butter too!
  3. Darn it! I went to the store and remembered the Aidell's sausage thread but couldn't remember the kind. They had them on sale for $2.50/package. I got the chicken and apple ones but then when I got home and calculated them out, they came out to 5 points each! Dad nab it! 180 cals 14 gm fat Maybe I will split them in half even though they're probably gonna be very tasty!
  4. The salad dressing is available at Krogers. After trying the salad, which by the way I LOVED, I bought the Newman's Own dressing and it tastes as good at home as it does from McD's!

A lower fat and sugar treat to try! 3 points per sqaure Banana Pudding Sqaures 20 reduced fat Nilla vanilla wafers, finely crushed 3 TBSP margarine, melted 1 package (8oz) Neufchatel cheese, 1/3 less fat than cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip Free whipped topping, thawed, divided 3 medium ripe bananas 3 cups fat free milk 2 packages (4 serving size) vanilla fat free sugar free instant reduced calorie pudding and pie filling 1/2 square Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, grated Mix wafers and margarine. Press firmly onto bottom of 13X9 inch dish. Mix Neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar with wooden spoon until well blended. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon mixture evenly onto crust; spread carefully. Cut bananas in half crosswise; cut each piece lengthwise in half. Arrange banana pieces over Neufchatel cheese mixture. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Spoon over bananas. Spread with remaining topping. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate at lesat 3 hours before serving. Number of Servings: 24
